Abstract

Althouht a product of the cultural heritage is nevertheless notes for its uniqueness were one to try to characterize it in a few words.It might be said to teveal a preference for internal grace as opposed to external splendor. Abstract

Bagi suatu ilmu pengetahuan, teori itu dapat diibaratkan sebagai jantungnnya, meskipun dapat menyesatkan bila kita menganggapnya sebagai sekuat karang yang tidak dapat diungkit ungkit lagi, sebagai hasil karya manusia dalam upaya mencari kebenaran.Manusialah yang menciptakan teori di dalam proporsi kebutuhannya, maka oleh karena itu suatu teori bisa saja berisi system lengkap,kategori generalisasi dll, dan keterkaitan gejala gejalanya satu dengan yang lainnya, namun pada kernyataanya masih ada yang tidak bermanfaat. World War ll knilled many more civilians than the soldiersAs a Hezbollah freedom fighter point out for example, that the only difference between his bombs and Israelli bombs is that he delivers his by truck or hand, while the Israellis deliver theirs by bomber or tanks.The Israellis might reply that the onlyreason they (areforced) kill civilians and children is that the Hezbollah people operate among them.Even for the majority who are unlikely to bicome Freedom fighters, the question of justivication is important. We know war is organized killing of other human beings. Virtually everyone is against that. Yet war continous to are binding according to the doctrine of Pacta Sunt Servanda (the treaty must be carried out). The general priciples of law recognized by civilized nations moralty to be considered. As developing International legal system in a now days dynamic wold Political system.International law such as the International Humanitarian law is developing affirmatively in the area of defiling human rights today aggression is outlawed by the U.N Charter and the legimate reason to resort to violence are in self-defencean aspart of a u.n or regional peace keepingefort. There have also been extensive effort to regulate the conduct of warfare. But, haw about Israellis bombing innocent Libanese people and killing children?

Abstract

Communication transaction: basic elements and factors, so far as the communicator concerned all the Communications transactions are shaped by some important influence such as.The communicative purpose and knowledge of the subject.The purpose in communicating is to attain some goal and the effectiveness with which it is transmitted.Besides of knowledge of subject matter fundamental skills is important regardless of the situations in which a communication transaction occurs verbal or nonverbal communication symbol.The ability to use our voices and bodies to express ideas orally and visually facilitates the understanding and acceptance basic to successful functioning of communication process.
