The operation of Trans-K Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) can be carried out well if accompanied or supported by transportation infrastructure in the form of bus stops. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Trans-K bus stops in corridor 1 in terms of quality and productivity. The location of this study was 5 Trans-K bus stops in Corridor 1, Banda Aceh City. This study was conducted by direct observation in the field using quantitative methods. The results of the study showed that the bus stop groups and bus stop facilities were inadequate, the distance between bus stops was too far so that the number of bus stop users increased to 1300 people per day, the bus stop location criteria did not comply with the guidelines, and the bus stop productivity was less than satisfactory to the public. So it can be concluded that the quality and productivity of Trans Koetarajda bus stops have not met the requirements of the Technical Guidelines for Engineering Public Vehicle Stopping Places from the Department of Transportation.
