Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a leading cause of death worldwide, killing about 1.5 million people annually. However, over 3 million TB cases are lost annually, not diagnosed or diagnosed but not informed. Pulmonary tuberculosis attacks the parenchyma of the lungs. This research aimed to analyze the TB case detection process at Gleno Health Centre and Letefoho Health Centre using the Analytic Observational method with a Transversal Approach (Cros-sectional). The population involved was all health personnel working at the Gleno Health Centre. The findings showed a significant association between the screening process for detecting tuberculosis cases in the community at Gleno Community Health Centre, Letefoho Community Health Centre, and the screening process for detecting tuberculosis cases in the laboratory at these health centers. There was also a significant association between the screening process for detecting tuberculosis cases in the community at Letefoho Community Health Centre and the screening process for detecting tuberculosis cases in the laboratory at Letefoho Community Health Centre. The research found significant effectiveness in detecting TB cases before and after screening.

Abstract

Background: HIV/AIDS disease is a disease that continues to grow and become a global problem that hit the world. HIV/AIDS is a public health problem that requires serious attention. AIDS is declared a deadly disease because it has a Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of 100% within 5 years means within 5 years after the patient is declared to have AIDS on average will die. Aim: Therefore, the purpose of writing systematic review is to know the effective prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS for HIV. Method: The entire extracted article is taken from several sources namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Emerald Insight, DOAJ. Furthermore, screening of titles, abstracts and selection of content or content according to inclusion and exclusion is obtained 10 articles that are further analyzed. Findings: Effective efforts to prevent yourself from HIV/AIDS infection are: Abstinance, befaithful, Condom, Drug and Education. Treatment of HIV/AIDS with the ARV method is considered effective in HIV/AIDS treatment. Antiretroviral therapy treats HIV infection with several medications. ARVs do not kill the virus but are able to slow the rate of growth of the virus, as well as HIV disease and improve health status, quality of life for HIV, decrease hospitalization due to HIV, reduce AIDS-related deaths, reduce mother to child transmission (MTCT) or what we know as mother-to-baby transmission and also provide new hope for people with HIV / AIDS to be able to live longer.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja adalah kondisi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang berlaku di tempat kerja, perusahaan, masyarakat, pabrik, atau lingkungan tempat kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja juga bertujuan untuk menghindari perilaku atau situasi berisiko yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Tergantung pada sifat pekerjaan mereka, pekerja akan menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan secara teratur. Pekerja, di sisi lain, diharapkan untuk menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang sesuai dan mengikuti semua peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Akibatnya, tujuan dari penilaian sistem ini adalah untuk menentukan dan memahami efektivitas rencana kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Proyek Laporan Pilihan (PRISMA) untuk tinjauan sistematis, tinjauan sistematis dan meta-analisis, pencarian literatur secara sistematis, kemudian membaca semua literatur yang diperoleh (2011-2021) dan menganalisis semua data literatur dan menulis jawaban dari hasil. perpustakaan tujuan analisis data. Dari enam pasal yang dianalisis dapat diketahui bahwa Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan kegiatan untuk memajukan dan memantau pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya melalui pelatihan dan pelatihan, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, menjamin terciptanya keselamatan kerja. kondisi dan penghindaran kecacatan fisik dan mental. Mereka bekerja untuk organisasi pemerintah dan perusahaan swasta. Berusaha membantu. Karyawan harus dilindungi dari bahaya dan penyakit yang ditimbulkan oleh pekerjaan mereka atau lingkungan kerja agar merasa aman dan nyaman saat melakukan pekerjaan mereka. Oleh karena itu, rencana K3 mempertimbangkan lingkungan kerja, alat dan bahan yang digunakan di tempat kerja, serta prosedur dan standar kerja, untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan merasa aman dan terlindungi di tempat kerja.
