Abstract

ABSTRAK Menua merupakan salah satu fase perkembangan manusia yang wajib dilalui apabila seseorang itu berumur Panjang. Lansia dikategorikan dari umur 60 tahun ke atas. Orang yang tinggal di Lembaga kesejahteraan sosial pondok lanjut usia Ma`arif Muslimin kota padangsidimpuan rata-rata berumur 60-92 tahun. Lansia ini memiliki berbagai macam alasan mengapa mereka lebih memilih menetap disini dibandingkan dengan tinggal Bersama keluarga mereka. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaan para lansia. Melakukan ha-hal sepele seperti menggunting kuku secara islam yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penyuluhan ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatakan kesadaran para lansia untuk menjaga kebersihan kuku mereka. Karena tangan memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan kita treutama Ketika kita memakan makanan. Kalua kuku kotor, kuman penyakit ada menyebabkan para lansia ini akan mengalami berbagai macam penyakit. Kata kunci: Lansia, kebersihan, menggunting kuku

Abstract

Laporan mempunyai peranan yang penting pada suatu organisasi,karena dalam suatu organisasi hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan merupakan bagian dari keberhasilan organisasi tersebut.dengan adanya hubungan antara perseorangan dalam suatu organisasi baik yang berupa hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan,ataupun antara sesama karyawan yang terjalin baik maka akan bisa mewujudkan suatu pertanggung jawaban terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien.Kerja sama antara atasa dan bawahan bisa dilakukan melalui komunikasi,baik komunikasi yang berbentuk lisan maupun tulisa(laporan).agar laporan tersebut bisa diterima dengan baik maka syarat-syarat yang perlu dipenuhi demi terbentuknya laporan yang baik harus diprhatikan.maka seseorang perlu mengetahui secara baik bagaiman pembuatan format laporan yang bagus.sehingga dengan laporan yang terformat bagus akan bisa bermanfaat baik dalam komunikasi maupun dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the development of the times, the world of fashion or fashion more and more new models and styles that come out. All fashion trends are competing to create fashion that is liked by the public. Apart from the world of fashion which is trending nowadays, we must pay attention to these modes so that we don't choose the wrong one, even to the point where there are those who violate the Islamic dress code. The purpose of this activity is to increase awareness of early childhood children to cover their nakedness since they are small. So that they get used to covering their genitals until they grow up. The result of this activity is that children are more motivated to pay attention to their appearance according to the teachings of the Islamic religion. know the limits of their private parts and can invite their friends to participate in covering their genitals as well by still dressing in Islamic fashion but not missing trendy fashions. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan siswa pada ragam-ragam bahasa Indonesia dan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia baku. Kami melakukan beberapa kegiatan yang kami bagi ke dalam tiga tahapan mulai dari tahap awal (observasi) sampai tahap akhir (evaluasi). Pada tahap awal kami mengumpulkan informasi menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan latihan diagnostic test. Pada tahap inti, kami memberikan penyuluhan tentang ragam-ragam bahasa dan aturan tatabahasa Indonesia baku. Pada tahap akhir, kami melakukan evaluasi melalui kegiatan sharing session dan post-test untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa setelah penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya antusiasme siswa yang tinggi mengikuti kegiatan dan peningkatan kompetensi menjawab soal-soal tatabahasa Indonesia yang sebelumnya tidak dipahami dan disalahgunakan. Kata Kunci: tata bahasa Indonesia, ragam baku, bahasa gaul ABSTRACT This activity aims to introduce students to the variety of Indonesian languages and to improve their competence in using Indonesian standard language. We carried out three stages of activities from the initial stage to the final stage. In the initial stage, we collected information by interview, questionnaires, and diagnostic tests to gain information about the students' problems in using the language. At the core stage, we presented materials on the variety of Indonesia languages and the correct use of grammatical rules. In final stage, we made evaluation throu sharing session and posttest. Abstract

Abstarct In Disclosure and purpose for different language events. In Puskesmas, the Tuturan between the nurse and the patient to express the intent behind the gutura and show the actions. Therefore this research aims to describe the function of speech in the speech speech in the speech speech and patient at the Padang Door Puskesmas, Angkola bar sub-district and describe the form of persuasion used by nurses and patients in Padang Door Puskesmas Batang Angkola. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. And the source of this research data is the speech of nurses and patients, the guturances between nurses and patients at Padang Door Puskesmas Batang Angkola District, and written documents in the form of interstellar transcripts in the nurse and Padang Door Puskesmas patient Batang Angkola District. As for the collection of data is obtained using the listening method and followed by advanced techniques: skill-free listening technique and note-free technique. And the results of this study are nurse and patient at Padang Door Puskesmas Nurse batang angkola sub-district using persuasion. Where The form of persuasion used is the rationalization of 4 tuturan, suggestion of 2 tuturan, identification of 3 tuturan conformity as many as 4 tuturan, replacement of 2 tuturan, compensation of 2 tuturan and projection of 1 tuturan. Keywords: form of speech, persuasion. ABSTRAK Dalam Pengungkapan tuturan dan tujuan untuk peristiwa berbahasa Berbeda-beda. Di Puskesmas, tuturan antara perawat dan pasien untuk mengungkapkan maksud di balik tuturan dan memperlihatkan tindakan-tindakan. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan fungsi tindak tutur dalam tuturan perawat dan pasien di puskesmas Pintu Padang,Kecamatan batang Angkola serta mendeskripsikan bentuk persuasi yang digunakan oleh perawat dan pasien di puskesmas Pintu Padang,Kecamatan Batang Angkola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dan Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan perawat dan pasien, tuturan antara perawat dan pasien di puskesmas Pintu Padang Kecamatan Batang Angkola, dan dokumen tertulis berupa transkip tuturan antartokoh dalam tuturan perawat dan pasien puskesmas Pintu Padang Kecamatan BAtang Angkola ini. Adapun Pengumpulan data tersebut diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode simak dan diikuti dengan teknik lanjutan yaitu : teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Dan Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tuturan perawat dan pasien di puskesmas Pintu Padang Kecamatan batang Angkola perawat menggunakan persuasi. Dimana Bentuk persuasi yang digunakan adalah rasionalisasi sebanyak 4 tuturan, sugesti sebanyak dua tuturan, identifikasi sebanyak tiga tuturan konformitas sebanyak 4 tuturan penggantian sebanyak dua tuturan, kompensasi sebanyak dua tuturan dan proyeksi sebanyak satu tuturan. Abstract

Religious knowledge is something that every human being must know. This is needed to carry out daily worship. The sources of Islamic law are the Al-Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. Worshiping Allah is the obligation of every Muslim. Muslims who obey Allah SWT will find peace in the world and will enter heaven in the next day. The counseling carried out in this women's prison is able to increase the motivation and awareness of every woman in the prison to focus more on worshiping Allah. Increase their knowledge about the pillars of prayer, the conditions for valid prayer and what things invalidate prayer. And also increase their awareness of doing dhikr after every prayer and dhikr in daily activities. It is hoped that this increase in knowledge will provide peace of mind to the women in prison. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the life of Islam, the problem of taharah is a basic thing that every Muslim must know. Thaharah or purification has a close relationship with health. Because holiness is definitely clean, and cleanliness is the base of health. In Indonesia, the problem of thaharah is still not well known by the public, according to random sampling conducted on 56 respondents as many as 24 respondents (42.9%) still do not know about this thaharah. They only know cleanliness, even though clean is not necessarily holy, but if it is pure it must be clean. This study uses a descriptive design through posyandu activities carried out in the village of Gapuk Tua. Keywords: taharah, knowledge, society

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health is the most valuable treasure on this earth. Because if we are healthy, we can work doing any activity. But even if we are rich if we are not healthy, it is useless. Health can be obtained by maintaining cleanliness. As the saying goes, cleanliness is the basis of health. Maintaining cleanliness can start from ourselves then the environment around us. Smart kindergarten/PAUD children who were given health education through field trip activities experienced a significant increase in maintaining their health and cleanliness. This can be seen after undergoing counseling, the level of tidiness in dressing and personal hygiene such as cutting nails, brushing teeth has been carried out every day. Kindergarten/Smart preschool children are clean, neat and healthy. Of course this can increase motivation to learn because if the body is healthy then the soul will be strong. Strong to receive lessons and strong to fortify themselves from all kinds of diseases. Keywords: children, health, posyandu, field trip

Abstract

To maintain its survival, humans need food as the most basic thing. But still it must be considered of optimal nutritional value in the food. Food consumed by humans must contain various kinds of nutrients which can support the process of human life. The degree of public health can be optimally increased by the provision of hygienic and halal food, this fulfills good food criteria in Islamic and health perspectives. This study used the literature review method where the researcher conducted a series of studies involving various kinds of information derived from literature such as books, encyclopedias, documents, etc. with the aim of finding various kinds of theories and ideas which could then be formulated according to the research objectives. Research results from various literature sources indicated that Islam has arranged in such a way both in the Qur'an and Hadith regarding food. Islam and Health go hand in hand in maintaining human survival through healthy food, halal and thayyib. Islam and health basically have the same goal for the good of humans. Therefore, in eating food there are several conditions that must be fulfilled and truly considered so that humans avoid various types of diseases sourced from food.
