Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan tolak ukur kemajuan suatu bangsa. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di suatu kawasan maka semakin maju perkembangan kawasan tersebut. Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sudah seharusnya dijadikan prioritas di dalam pembangunan di suatu kawasan. Dataran Sunda memiliki berbagai macam kebudayaan yang sarat dengan nilai kesenian. Oleh karena itu pendidikan secara formal mengenai kebudayaan dinilai sangat penting bagi masyarakat di Indonesia. Suatu kompleks pendidikan terdiri dari beberapa bangunan multi massa. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa identitas pendidikan di dalam karakteristik bangunan harus tercermin di dalamnya. Salah satu unsur yang dinilai perlu untuk dicirikan di dalam bangunan pendidikan yaitu unsur fomalitas. Latar belakang lain yang perlu diperhatikan di dalam pembangunan identitas suatu kawasan pendidikan yaitu jenis kegiatan pendidikan yang terlaksana di dalamnya. Sekolah seni budaya terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan seni musik dan tari dimana di dalamnya terdapat unsur dinamis. Sehingga, dalam perancangan sekolah tinggi senibudaya ini diambil tema bangunan dinamis dalam formalitas. Kata kunci: Sekolah Tinggi, Senibudaya, Dinamis dalam Formalitas Abstract Education is a measure of the progress of a nation. The higher education level of the people in an area, the more advanced development of the region. Therefore, the educational facilities should be a priority within the development of the region. Sunda Land have a wide range of cultures that is loaded with the value of the arts. Therefore, formal education of culture considered to be very important for the people in Indonesia. An educational area consists of several multi building mass. It should be noted that educational identity on the characteristics of the building should be reflected in it. One of the elements that is necessarily considered to be characterized in an educational building is a formality element. Another background reason to be considered in the identity development of an educational area is the type of educational activity that is happen in it. School of art and culture consists of several music and dance arts activities which there is a dynamic element in it. Thus, dynamic in formality theme is taken  for the design of sekolah tinggi senibudaya. Keywords: College, Arts and Culture, Dynamic in Formality
