Abstract

Rumah Qur'an Madani is currently facing problems in collecting and managing donations from the Community Savings Endowment which are still carried out conventionally. This results in time constraints, lack of transparency, and low accessibility of donors. To overcome this problem, this study proposes the implementation of an efficient, transparent and secure web-based donation application. The system development method used is the Waterfall method with an object-oriented approach using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool. This web-based donation application will make it easier for donors to donate, improve administrative efficiency, provide better transparency, and expand the scope of donations through increased accessibility and digital marketing. The implementation of this web-based donation application is expected to assist Rumah Qur'an Madani in increasing efficiency, transparency, and expanding the scope of donations.

Abstract

The development of information technology today forces us into a digital era where everything is computerized. Utilization of digital technology can facilitate the delivery of information, the results can affect the quality of service information systems. Delivery of service information through video media can affect the quality of service, as well as alternative information that can be offered to the public. The making of service videos at the pungkur village office is used as one of the information providers for the community. The process of making service videos uses Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro applications. This research aims to produce information related to services for the community, regarding various kinds of information related to services at the pungkur urban village office. The use of video media is expected to facilitate the delivery of information to the public regarding information related to this service. The utilization of information through the making of this video is expected to help people who need more information related to the service process.

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri Bale Bandung menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi sistem Monitoring dan Evaluasi (MONEV) Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) akibat desain antarmuka pengguna yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna melalui desain antarmuka pengguna intuitif pada sistem MONEV SOP. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, prototyping menggunakan Adobe XD, dan pengujian kegunaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kepuasan pengguna dan efisiensi tugas, dengan 85% pengguna melaporkan peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan dan 70% peningkatan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini menghasilkan framework desain antarmuka yang dapat diadaptasi untuk meningkatkan sistem informasi secara umum di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has fundamentally transformed the business landscape. Businesses are increasingly reliant on data to make effective, market-oriented decisions. Within the context of business information systems, ChatGPT can be utilized as an innovative tool to optimize data analysis processes, provide deeper market insights, and even make predictions about future trends. The aim of this research is to explore and test the potential of ChatGPT as an innovative tool in analyzing data and predicting market trends within the context of business information systems. This research employs a literature review approach with a qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from Google Scholar for the period of 2003-2024. The study results indicate that in an era where data has become the most valuable asset for companies, the ability to analyze and understand data effectively is key to success. In this context, the role of ChatGPT as an innovative tool for data analysis and market trend prediction in business information systems becomes highly significant. ChatGPT possesses the capability to comprehend and process human language with a high level of complexity, thus enabling it to harness data in various beneficial ways for companies.
