Abstract

Corona Disease 2019 (COVID-19) ditetapkan sebagai pandemi pada Maret 2020. Hingga saat ini belum ada terapi yang tepat untuk mencegah dan mengobati COVID-19. Beberapa antivirus diteliti sebagai profilaksis dan terapi COVID-19, seperti Hydroxychloroquine, Chloroquine, Lopinavir/Ritonavir, Baloxavir, Umifenovir, Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Molnupiravir dan AT527.Corona Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was declared a pandemic in March 2020. Until now, there is no appropriate therapy to prevent and treat COVID-19. Several antivirals are being studied as prophylaxis and treat COVID-19, including : Hydroxychloroquine, Chloroquine, Lopinavir/Ritonavir, Baloxavir, Umifenovir, Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Molnupiravir and AT527.
