Abstract

Abstract The aim of this learning is to increase student activity, their concern for the environment and their learning outcomes. This research uses a classroom action research method carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Data collection in this research was carried out using test and non-test methods. The results of the research in cycle I teacher recapitulation were 83% (good), and in cycle 2 the teacher managed to achieve the highest score with a percentage of 94% (very good). Classical student activity in cycle 1 was 71% (active), and in cycle 2 it increased again to 92% (very active). The classical character of caring for the environment (affective) in cycle 1 got 71% (beginning to develop), and 93% (entrenched) in cycle 2. The percentage of students' classical psychomotives increased classically at each meeting. In cycle 1 it got 71% (good), and experienced an increase of 86% (very good) in cycle 2. Learning outcomes in cycle 1 got 64% (incomplete) classically, and in cycle 2 it increased to 93% (complete) . It can be concluded that students become more active when Problem Based Learning and STEAM-based Make A Match, care more about the environment, and improve their learning outcomes.  Keywords: Activities, Environmentally Caring Character, Learning Outcomes, Make a Match, Problem Based Learning, STEAM.  Abstrak Tujuan dari pembelajaran ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, kepedulian mereka terhadap lingkungan dan hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes dan nontes. Hasil penelitian pada rekapitulasi guru siklus I mendapatkan 83% (baik) , dan pada siklus 2 guru berhasil mencapai skor tertinggi dengan persentase 94% (sangat baik). Klasikal aktivitas siswa pada siklus 1 mendapatkan 71% (aktif), dan pada siklus 2 meningkat lagi menjadi 92% (sangat aktif). Klasikal karakter peduli lingkungan (afektif) pada siklus 1 mendapatkan 71% (mulai berkembang), dan 93% (membudaya) pada siklus 2. Klasikal psikomotik siswa meningkat persentasenya secara klasikal pada setiap pertemuan. Pada siklus 1 mendapatkan 71% (baik), dan mengalami peningkatan 86% (sangat baik) pada siklus 2. Hasil belajar pada siklus 1 memperoleh 64% (tidak tuntas) secara klasikal, dan pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 93% (tuntas). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih aktif ketika Problem Based Learning dan Make A Match berbasis STEAM, lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan, dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.  Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Karakter Peduli Lingkungan, Hasil Belajar, Make a Match, Problem Based Learning, STEAM.

Abstract

In 2010–2014, Semarang was involved as the big three city with high incidence rate of dengue in Central Java province. This study aimed to analyze the financing by the local government for Dengue preventive program in 2013-2015, as well as the resources gap. The health account approach was used to analyze spending by source, function, and provider. Total local government spending for dengue in 2013 were IDR 4.018.927.020,- increased by 101% in 2014 and increased by 218% in 2015. The largest expenditure for Dengue Preventive program is epidemiological surveillance and infectious disease control. There was no gap between available resources and requires program according to SPM. The study suggested to improve planning by focusing on the direct activities such as promotive and preventive
