Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan tipe NHT. Populasi yang digunakan 2 kelas masing-masing 30 siswa. Dimana kelas X-KA1 menjadi kelas eksperimen I (NHT) dan kelas X-KA4 menjadi kelas eksperimen II (STAD). Sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling.  Data berdistribusi normal yaitu Lhitung ˂ Ltabel (0,0882˂0,161) untuk nilai postes kelas eksperimen I (NHT) dan  Lhitung ˂ Ltabel (0,0493˂0,161) untuk nilai postes kelas eksperimen II (STAD). Uji Homogenitas pada hasil postes diperoleh Fhitung  ˂ Ltabel (1,28˂1,86) sehingga disimpulkan populasi bersifat homogen. Nilai rata-rata postes pada kelas eksperimen I (NHT) adalah  = 5,82  dengan standar deviasi adalah S = 2,12 dan nilai rata-rata postes pada kelas eksperimen II (STAD) adalah  = 4,78 dengan standar deviasi S = 1,56. Uji hipotesis nilai thitung = 8,455 sedangkan nilai ttabel = 2,002 sehingga thitung ttabel, dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Research on studies analysis levels of vitamin C and β-carotene of the Tamarillo fruit shoot grafting between the Tamarillo plant and Lancing plant has been conducted. Analysis of vitamin C level was performed by iodometric method, and analysis of β- carotene levels were calculated using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The research result showed that the level of vitamin C of Tamarillo fruit was 1.596%, the level of vitamin C of Lancing fruit was 0.401%, and the level of vitamin C of Tamarillo fruit grafting outcomes was 1.202%. While the level of β-carotene of Tamarillo fruit was 208.95 ppm, the level of β-carotene of Lancing fruit was 36.11 ppm and the level of - carotene of Tamarillo fruit grafting outcomes was 253.64 ppm. It can be concluded that the vitamin C levels of Tamarillo fruit grafting outcomes decreased slightly. While the β-carotene levels of Tamarillo fruit grafting outcomes increased.
