Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak adalah jiwa dari pendidikan agama islam. Pencapaian akhlak yang sempurna adalah tujuan sebenarnya dari pendidikan. Tujuan dari pendidikan akhlak ialah untuk membentuk orang – orang yang bermoral baik, keras kemauan, sopan dalam berbicara dan perbuatan, mulia dalam tingkah laku dan perangai, bersifat bijaksana, sempurna, sopan, dan beradab, ikhlas, jujur dan suci. Pendidikan akhlak itu menyangkut dengan tarbiyah, karena tarbiyah adalah menanamkan akhlak yang utama, budi pekerti yang luhur serta didikan yang mulia terutama dalam jiwa anak, sejak kecil sampai ia menjadi sampai ia menjadi orang yang kuasa untuk hidup dengan kemampuan usaha dan tenaganya sendiri. Sedangkan anak adalah manusia kecil yang memiliki potensi yang masih harus dikembangkan. Dalam perspektif Islam, anak mendapat tempat yang strategis terhadap keberlangsungan hidup manusia di dunia dan terus membangun peradaban. Masa anak merupakan periode terpenting dalam pendidikan, karena apabila anak-anak kurang mendapat perhatian pada permulaan hidupnya, sebagian besarnya menjadi besar dengan akhlak yang rusak, suka pembohong, dengki, pencuri, pencela, mengejek dan suka campur tangan dalam urusan orang lain. Anak yang seperti itu akan cenderung kepada membuat konspirasi-konspirasi, tipu daya dan menjerumuskan orang lain.

Abstract

Moral education is the soul of Islamic religious education. Achieving perfect morals is the true goal of education. The purpose of moral education is to form people who are virtuous, hard-willed, polite in speaking and acting, noble in behavior and mannerisms, wise, perfect, polite, and civilized, sincere, honest and holy. Moral education is related to tarbiyah, because tarbiyah is instilling the main morals, noble character and noble education especially in the soul of a child, from childhood until he becomes until he becomes a person who has the power to live with his own business and energy abilities. While children are little people who have potential that still needs to be developed. In the perspective of Islam, children have a strategic place on the continuity of human life in the world and continue to build civilization. Childhood is the most important period in education, because when children receive less attention at the beginning of their lives, most of it becomes large with corrupt, lying, jealous, thief, detractor, mocking, and interference in other people's business. Such children will tend to make conspiracies, tricks and plunge others.

Abstract

The findings show that the students’ view on Jihad is not merely identical to fighting but also the application of Jihad, which varies. It has a wide spectrum as long as its purpose and still in the religious morality frame. Spreading Rahmatan (affection) concept and The word jihad, which mentioned in the Qur'an about 35 times, including its derivations, has often been understood only at the scriptural level, detached from its contexts. As a result, jihad has been assumed to be a specific act of violence, such as terrorism and radicalism. This article aims to explain the concept of jihad in Islam from the perspective of Indonesian Muslim students at Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia, and to explore the factors that influence their understanding of jihad. This study adopts a semantic approach to the teaching of jihad in the Qur'an, contextualizing it with the current situation. The findings show that the students' view of jihad is not limited to physical fighting, but also includes a wide range of other applications, as long as they are motivated by religious morality. The moral and spiritual values implicit in jihad include spreading the concept of rahmahan (affection) and promoting peace of life and spiritual values
