Abstract

             Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk menguji gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap employe engagement, dan employee engagement memediasi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Home Industri Tikajaya Stainles Steel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum adanya gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap employe engagement, dan employee engagement memediasi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Namun hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang tidak signifikan  antara kepuasan karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, employee engagement terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan employee engagement mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.Kata Kunci:  karyawan home industri, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan karyawan, loyalitas karyawan, dan employe engagement.             The purpose of this study is: To examine the Leadership Style and Employe Satisfaction on Employe Loyalty through Employe Engagement as a mediation.The sample used in this study was 86 people in Home Industry  Tikajaya Stainles Steel at Ngunut Tulungagung. The results showed that in general there was an influence between Leadership Style on Employe Loyalty, Job Satisfaction on Employe Loyalty, Leadership style on Employe Engagement and Employe Engagement mediates Leadership style on Employe Loyalty. But there is no significant effect between Employe Satisfaction on Employe Loyalty, Employe Engagement on Employ Loyalty, and Employe Engagement affecting Employe Satisfaction on Employe Loyalty.Keywords:  home industry, employe leadership style, employe satisfaction, employe loyalty, and employe engagement.
