Abstract

Plurality is inevitable. There is no single reality in this life. Humans are destined by God to have tribes and nations with different physical characteristics, thoughts, cultures, religions, ideologies, and traditions. These differences often cause tension and prolonged conflict and often result in loss of life. Of all the differences, religion is assumed to be the one that most often triggers conflict, because religion is the most fundamental and sensitive thing for every human being. Religious conflicts, both internal and inter-religious, can occur due to several factors such as differences in beliefs, differences in interpretation, religious fanaticism, and intervention from outside interests. It is important to provide an understanding to religious people that religious differences must be addressed with an awareness of religious pluralism. Religious pluralism is understood as an understanding that recognizes the existence of other religions outside of one's religion and respects them to practice the teachings of one's religion. Religious pluralism does not justify other religions, let alone consider them the same. Religious pluralism views that each religious person still holds a strong commitment to their respective religions. One effort that can be done to reduce religious conflict is to build awareness of religious spirituality in each religious adherent. Being religious is not just a formulation of rituals of worship, in fact the practice of rituals of worship is a form of presentation of a person's religious spirituality, which then the devout person must present himself in the form of a human being with noble morals. So religious spirituality must be implemented in the form of obedience to worship which then produces humans with noble morals. Thus, religious people whose level of religious spirituality is good should respect religious differences and dislike religious conflicts.

Abstract

The family is the smallest unit in a nation, but even so the family has a central role in the sustainability of an advanced and prosperous nation. To carry out this central role, a family needs an ideal leader. In Islam, household leadership rests on the shoulders of men, because men have advantages over women and men are responsible for providing for women (QS, Nisa: 34). Ath-Tabari interprets the advantages of men over women in terms of physical, intellectual, skills, work and social. This kind of interpretation was relevant at the time considering that women at that time did not have those advantages. If applied to the current era where many women already have these advantages, not even a few women outperform men both intellectually, economically and socially, then At-Tabari's interpretation becomes less relevant. Based on this fact, it is necessary to develop an interpretation related to the household leadership relation.

Abstract

Poverty is a social economic problem throughout the history of mankind. Even in Islam poverty/poverty can lead to disbelief, therefore it needs to get serious treatment from various parties. Islam offers several ways and efforts to alleviate poverty which are broadly divided into three, namely: (1) Self-made efforts; (2) The method pursued by other people/society; (3) The method pursued by the government. Abstract

Hadith is the second source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an. Throughout history, Muslims have had various approaches to understanding and practicing hadith. Some understand hadith as a valid and correct legal basis for human life, because it originates from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Others deny or reject it because its veracity is considered uncertain and because they believe that everything is explained in the Qur'an, thus requiring no other source. This article will explore how hadith were understood and practiced by early Muslims, and how differences of opinion and interpretation have influenced their understanding of hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to determine menstruation according to the Risalatul Mahid book and the implementation of Risalatul Mahid learning at the An-Nahdlah Islamic Boarding School (Islamic State Islamic University) in Kebumen. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were the caretaker of the boarding school, who is also a teacher of the Risalatul Mahid book, and female students. The results show that Risalatul Mahid learning was carried out using the bandongan and question-and-answer method, accompanied by religious habits such as reciting the Asmaul Husna before learning and praying the Kafarotul Majelis prayer at the end. The implementation of this learning has been proven to improve understanding of women's jurisprudence, although there are still obstacles such as differences in literacy skills in the yellow book and the passive attitude of some female students. Thus, this learning plays a significant role in fostering knowledge, discipline, and awareness of worship among female students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming student delinquency at SMK Ma'arif 4 Kebumen, as well as to determine the level of success of these efforts. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved Islamic Religious Education teachers, Guidance and Counseling teachers, and students majoring in Industrial Mechanical Engineering as subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers include preventive measures (advice, teaching discipline through memorization), curative (advice, educational punishment, summons to the BK room, teacher approaches with students for minor delinquency; reprimands, discussions with parents and authorities, regular supervision for serious delinquency), and religious formation. The achievement of these efforts is significant, marked by students who are calmer, enjoy learning, and open to teachers, although behavioral changes require periodic time
