Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy in increasing the effectiveness of learning through the application of web-based e-learning at Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of field research where the research object is Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction activities, data display, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. To test the validity of the data, technical triangulation was carried out. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in increasing learning effectiveness through the implementation of web-based e-learning courses at Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso, namely through the use of learning media in the form of goggle forms, google classroom, google meet, zoom meet, youtube, and CBT e-learning. The material delivered to students through these media is contextual, adapted to students' needs, situation and class conditions (online), and is directed at how learning can be more meaningful while still emphasizing student involvement in the learning process. Through the implementation of web-based e-learning courses are able to provide a stimulus for teachers and students in an effort to increase digital literacy competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the attention of educational institutions (Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso) to the preservation of the natural environment amid the widespread impact of technological development in the digital era. The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the use of environmentally friendly learning media in growing students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. 2) Knowing the results of the use of environmentally friendly learning media on the growth of students' environmental care attitudes at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of field research and using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in the form of verification. The results of this study are the use of environmentally friendly learning media in fostering students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso is through the use of used goods in the surrounding environment by actively involving students in developing their creativity in processing used goods into learning aids.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan suatu kecenderungan perilaku menunda-nunda dalam hal akademik, dan apabila dibiarkan akan menghambat kesuksesan di masa depan. Maka, perlu adanya upaya strategis dari guru untuk meminimalisir perilaku prokrastinasi akademik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada peserta didik di MIS Darunnajah Bondowoso, 2) mengetahui hasil strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada peserta didik di MIS Darunnajah Bondowoso. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data naturalistik berupa penjelasan bersifat alamiah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data menggunakan validitas data dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada peserta didik di MIS Darunnajah Bondowoso dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan media berbasis IT, memberikan reward dan punishmen serta intervensi kepada peserta didik, mengadakan kegiatan pembelajaran di luar kelas, melakukan ice breaking, mengajarkan peserta didik tentang skala prioritas, serta metode listening pada pembelajaran bahasa, 2) hasil strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik adalah meningkatnya antusiasme peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, lebih mudah memahami materi, meningkatnya sikap tertib, disiplin dan tanggung jawab, serta membiasakan peserta didik untuk lebih produktif.
