Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L. Ssp. Chinensis (L.)) merupakan sayuran yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat, karena memiliki kandungan gizi seperti betakaroten yang tinggi, protein, lemak nabati, karbohidrat, serat, Ca, Mg, Fe, sodium, vitamin A dan vitamin C. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas tanaman pakcoy dalam proses budidaya yaitu melakukan pemberian pupuk pupuk organik hayati dan pupuk NPK 16:16:16. Penelitian diberikan empat perlakuan, yaitu A = Tanpa pupuk (kontrol); B = 100% pupuk organik hayati; C = 25% NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 + 75% pupuk organik hayati; D = 100% NPK Mutiara 16:16:16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk organik hayati dan NPK memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun dan bobot basah. Perlakuan 25% NPK + 75% pupuk organik hayati merupakan perlakuan optimal karena memberikan tinggi tanaman paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 22.97 cm. Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L. Ssp. Chinensis (L.)), is a popular vegetable due to its rich nutritional profile including beta-carotene, protein, vegetable oil, carbs, fiber, calcium, magnesium, iron, salt, vitamin A, and vitamin C. To enhance Pakcoy plant productivity during cultivation, biological organic fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer will be applied. The study involved four treatments: A (control group without fertilizer), B (100% biological organic fertilizer), C (25% NPK Pearl 16:16:16 + 75% biological organic fertilizer), and D (100% NPK Pearl 16:16:16). The data indicates that dosage biological organic fertilizer dan NPK fertilizer impacts plant height but does not affect leaf count and wet weight. The 25% NPK + 75% biological organic fertilizer treatment is considered ideal as it resulted in the tallest plant height of 22.97 cm.
