Abstract

Nowadays, UMKM is required to face business challenges by adapting and innovating to survive by transforming into the digital realm. This is due to the development of information technology; most people often spend their time surfing the internet with their gadgets. There has even been a change in shopping culture from conventional to online. Online sales are not only through e-commerce or marketplaces. Now online sales have spread to social media. Entrepreneurs must have the skills to utilize technology to expand the market and increase sales. Therefore, in this community service activity, digital marketing training was carried out for creative economy entrepreneurs in Klaten Regency to help expand the market and increase sales through digital marketing. The materials that will be provided are the concept of marketing content, the use of e-commerce applications, and digital marketing through social media. The success of the training was evaluated using the Likert scale method. The knowledge of the training participants increased after attending the training. The post-test results showed an average of 83.22%, while the previous pre-test was only 58.77%. The evaluation results showed that participants were satisfied with the training that had been held, with a satisfaction level of 83.01%.

Abstract

Ragum merupakan alat mekanis yang biasa digunakan untuk memegang atau mencekam benda kerja dengan memanfaatkan poros ulir untuk membuka dan menutup rahang cekam. Penggunaan ragum pada proses pemesinan, penggergajian, pengeboran, dan penggerindaan. Salah satu jenis ragumyang dibutuhkan pada masa kini ialah ragum dengan aksis banyak (multiple axis bench vise). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis desain ragum kerja bangku 3 aksis (2 aksis rotasi dan 1 aksis translasi) dengan metode elemen hinga. Desain ragum dibuat menggunakan Autodesk Inventor, dengan bukaan rahang 5 inchi, lebar rahang penjepit 5 inchi, dan kedalaman bukaan rahang 3.25 inchi. Material ragum ialah besi cor FC 25. Variasi desain ragum ialah pada ketebalan bagian rahang gerak yang bersinggungan dengan rahang tetap. Gaya cekam dihitung berdasarkan spesifikasi poros transportir. Simulasi elemen hingga menggunakan Simulia Abaqus. Hasil simulasi ialah tegangan Von Mises, yang akan dibandingkan dengan tegangan luluh besi cor FC 25 untuk menghasilkan nilai faktor keamanan. Faktor keamanan desain ragum multi aksis ketika beban statis diterapkan. Seluruh tegangan maksimum dari variasi desain bernilai diatas nilai tegangan luluh material ragum. Hasil tersebut berdampak pada nilai faktor keamanan, yaitu dibawah nilai 2. Berdasarkan nilai faktor keamanan yang dihasilkan, ragum tidak aman dari deformasi plastis. Sehingga perlu adanya pengkajian ulang desain atau material yang digunakan.
