Abstract

This study aims to describe the cognitive ability of study program – the urgently of owned by the head of study program. Research method used is descriptive quantitative with population target/objective throughout the head of study program in the University of Muhammadiyah at Kopertis Region III (now LLDikti Region III, Jakarta-Indonesia). As for the population affordable/limited is the head of study program at Five University of Muhammadiyah on Undergraduate level. Data collection technique using the instrument in the form of tests. The research results showed that the head of study program of the cognitive ability of study program in the category of being. This means the cognitive ability of study program of the head of study program overall proves have the capability in terms of: think, plan, solve problems, understand complex ideas, learn quickly, and learn from experience, related to the duties of the study program. – The urgently of owned of the cognitive ability of study program of the head of study program related to the execution of the study program tasks in ensuring the quality of their courses, all that would be easily realized if the head of study program has positive conditioning Courses i.e. do the work with itqon (a clean, diligent and conscientious).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how external communication in public relations Division of the national police. This research takes data from three informants, namely the head of sub-Division of the news section of the public lighting bureau public relations Division community police, head of the ministry of information and documentation bureau manager documentation information public relations Division of the police, administrative officer and part of the ministry of information and documentation. In the study, researchers conducted the sample and the data source selected by purposive and snowball sampling. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research was undertaken researchers then it can be inferred that the external communications on the public relations Division of the national police are divided into two linesconsist of (1) communication from the organization to a wider audience that is informative tailored to Act No. 14 of the year 2008 about the openness of public information delivered through several activities and by using the media.The openness of institutions do to get the public trust to the institutions; (2) Communication from the audience to the organization that is the public relations Division police get feedback and opinions from the community in the form of a negative and a positive response by observing the mass media, online media, public relations activities conducted and the police sources trustworthy of the policies conducted by the ranks of the police force of the Republic of Indonesia andthe information submitted public relations Division of the national police.

Abstract

Persaingan dunia usaha semakin ketat sehingga pemilik usaha perlu menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan penjualan nya agar terus mengalami perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pada strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan secara Word of Mouth (WOM) pada salah satu UMKM Kuliner di Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan fenomenologis dengan teknik analisis Interactive Analysis Model. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ditemukannya dimensi komunikasi lisan dan komunikasi tulisan. Kedua dimensi ini berpengaruh untuk WOM berjalan dengan baik. Komunikasi lisan dengan memprioritaskan kualitas baik dari segi harga dan menu serta memprioritaskan pelayanan yang baik dilakukan oleh UMKM dapat memberikan komentar positif untuk diberikan kepada orang lain. komunikasi tulisan yang ditemukan juga berpengaruh dalam membangun WOM agar berjalan dengan baik, yang ditemukan adalah adanya desain tulisan grafiti pada dinding UMKM dan juga katalog menu yang jelas baik dari segi tulisan pada harga dan varian menu membuat konsumen memiliki rasa ingin untuk membeli produk tersebut.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study, which thoroughly describes violence against children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study was determined using the Non-Probability Sampling with the convenience sampling technique for 165 people. Based on the research results, the handling of violence against children includes 43% physical aspects, 38.8% psychological aspects and 18.2% neglect aspects. The form of treatment that often occurred with hitting amounted to 39.4% and was often done by fathers by 60.6% was a physical aspect. The role of parents, especially fathers, should educate so that children find good examples to be imitated, and the role of mothers as supervisors and provide advice to fathers in educating. Furthermore, researchers can formulate alternative solutions in answering the conditions that occur based on the results of this study through a follow-up study or research.
