Abstract

CV. Agung Jaya Branch Customs is a distributor of office stationery and various plastics. In the determination of inventory, the company is not using the method. The number of competition raises the sales volume is not stable, especially a variety of plastic products. Result in the accumulation of stock in warehouse and other stocks due to insufficient, thus making customers switch to other distributors.Winters exponential smoothing method is used as a forecasting method, is based on the analysis of the data pattern of plastic products that contain the data pattern trend and seasonal elements. MAPE is used to measure the degree of forecasting error. The author uses the method of PRS (Periodic Review System) to determine the order quantity 1 month to come based on forecasting data, review stock last and maximum inventory.Applications are designed and built to help the general manager CV. Agung Jaya Customs branch in decision support for inventory after knowing the sales forecast in the future. Demand can always be met and the application is designed and constructed to reduce the accumulation of stock in warehouse. Seen on Plastic Glasses 12 with MAPE 0,025. Plastic cups 14 to 0,020 MAPE. Aqua Plastic cups with MAPE 0,025. Plastic Ice cream cups with MAPE 0.089. Plastic bag No. 15 with 0,165 MAPE. Plastic bag No. 21 with a 0.070 MAPE. Plastic bag No. 28 with 0.175 MAPE. Plastic bag No. 35 with 0,002 MAPE. Plastic bag No. 40 with 0,013 MAPE. Transparent Plastic 1 Kg with MAPE 0.01.

Abstract

In an effort to repair the company PT. PAL changed the concept of performance appraisal of each division were previously more focused on the financial report into the performance appraisal with the concept of balanced scorecard, this is in line with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs as a state institution builder to each SOE. Merchant vessel division needs help to be able to ensure that the process goes according to plan and know how condition the object in the design, implementation and results. Based on the above issues authors propose Application Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Merchant Vessel Division. The author uses a balanced scorecard method in accordance with the concept of the PT. PAL. To process the existing data using the method of direct user rating. The data that has been processed will be the source of the data in the reports to be made. With the Application Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Merchant Vessel Division, the management can be easier to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Merchant Vessel Division. Thus the management can identify problems on the merchant vessel division in accordance with the concept of the balanced scorecard method

Abstract

Information system development conducted at this time by the Marketing Division of Culture and Tourism of East Java is still based on the current needs and the absence of information systems planning for the future to support the business needs of the Marketing Division. The problems that appear a result it is the development of information systems becomes unfocused, not integrated of data management and impact on the big budget expenditures and continuing.To be able overcome the constraint, it is required System and Information Technology Planning can be give opinions on the needs for information systems in the future by the Marketing Division to support in achieving the vision and mission of the business. It is necessary so investing for Systems and Information Technology accordance with requirements and provide benefits can be measured by achievement of goals and objectives of the organization. Result of the research produces a document of strategic planning systems and information technology. Document of strategic planning systems and information technology that has been created contains three (3) business application projects, three (3) projects IT infrastructure, and 1 (one) 1 project manejemen SI / IT. Keywords : Strategic Planning Systems and Information Technology, application portfolio.
