Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this community service was to introduce new technology of milk fish to improve its economic value. The activity was conducted by extension and demonstrating to the small scale industry (milkfish gel/otak-otak and smoked milkfish) in Sidoarjo Regency. The success of activities was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the community was interested to try and implement this new technology (smoking cash fish, meat mincer, and grinder machine). However, there were some problems for the small scale industry to apply this method, such as inadequate equipment. Therefore, such technology was only conducted by home industry that still cannot extend its market share, is the only industry who implemented such technology. As the result, selling activities was cannot operates well. The suggestions from this activity was important to make business partnership between government, entrepreneur and the other institution that has related with this activity to  increase society incomes. Keywords: economic value, milk fish,  smoking cash fish, meat mincer, grinder machine

Abstract

Teachers must be able to synchronize their behavior according to what they teach, meaning what the teacher says is in accordance with actions that can be seen from their daily behavior. The role of the teacher really determines the implementation of a good learning process in school. Where religious character is one of the character values ​​that is developed in school. However, there needs to be an in-depth study of what causes them to still have this non-religious attitude or is it outside of the religious attitude that has been instilled in them. The problem of this research is how effective the teacher's personality competence is in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, and what can support and hinder the implementation of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, the 2022-2022 school year. 2023. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. There are three components to the data collection technique, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, researchers used single case data analysis techniques (single case design) with the data analysis model introduced by Miles and Hiberman, namely the data analysis process was carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages starting from the data collection process, presentation and verification or drawing conclusions . The research conclusion is that the effectiveness of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School in Pakandangan Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year is the involvement of teachers as motivators, mentors, educators, inspirers, evaluators and supervisors. Apart from that, the effectiveness of the teacher's personality competence is a role model for students, providing motivation and advice to students if they commit a violation and there is always time for students even outside class hours. Where these forms are gentle, disciplined, responsible and fair. Supporting factors for implementing teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Pakandangan Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year are control and supervision as well as instructions from the boarding school leadership and cooperation and mutual assistance between teaching staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure, insufficient financing, inadequate family support and supervision when students are at home.

Abstract

Study burnout is a learning disorder caused by both physical and psychological fatigue or an overload of assignments given at school. The problems raised in this research are described in three focuses, namely: How does burnout occur during the study of female students in the 3rd grade of Intensive TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, What is the role of the homeroom teacher in overcoming burnout in the study of female students in the 3rd grade of Intensive TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, What are the guardian's obstacles class in overcoming burnout study of female students in class 3 Intensive TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data sources were obtained from homeroom teachers, teachers, academics and female students. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique used to check the validity of the data is technical triangulation. The results of this research are the burnout study that occurs in Intensive Class 3 female students caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors of the child. In this case, the homeroom teacher plays a very active role in overcoming this. The methods used by the homeroom teacher include providing motivation and positive advice, warning, giving rewards, providing adequate rest time for their children and controlling the behavior of female students. The obstacles in overcoming them are internal and external factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kasus-kasus intoleransi antar agama di Bali, yang telah sering terjadi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, Desa Pengulon berbeda, menunjukkan kerukunan yang kuat karena pendidikan Islam di MADIN Takmiliyah Al-Munawwarah. Meskipun sukses, lembaga ini menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan kurikulum dan kendala sumber daya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan implementasi nilai-nilai toleransi dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran di MADIN, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi pada siswa. Penelitian ini diuraikan dalam dua fokus utama: 1. Bagaimana nilai-nilai toleransi diimplementasikan dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran di MADIN Takmiliyah Al-Munawwarah Pengulon? 2. Tantangan apa yang dihadapi para pendidik dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai toleransi dalam pendidikan Islam di MADIN Takmiliyah Al-Munawwarah Pengulon? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, orang tua, tokoh masyarakat, dan warga. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai toleransi dilakukan melalui integrasi nilai-nilai ke dalam kurikulum, metode pengajaran berbasis praktik, ceramah, bernyanyi, dan diskusi kelompok. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya kompetensi guru, terbatasnya bahan ajar, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, serta rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan toleransi sejak dini.
