Abstract

This study aims to analyze working capital management, new innovations in products on operating profit to develop salted fish SMEs in East Klampis village. Working capital, namely current assets in a business, product innovation, new ideas to get maximum profits. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study were obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation directly with salted fish business owners, salted fish business workers (employees), and salted fish buyers. The results of this study indicate that working capital management and new product innovations can generate maximum profits. The results are more precise and more profitable when carrying out product innovation by getting a profit of 42% compared to before carrying out product innovation, only getting a profit of 28% and 33%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, and lifestyle on financial management behavior among students of Trunojoyo Madura University who are scholarship recipients and users of Shopee Paylater service. This research employs an associative quantitative method. The data sources utilized include primary data obtained directlyfrom respondents through questionnaire completion, as well as secondary data obtained from the Administrative Office of Trunojoyo Madura University. The number of respondents involved in this study is 100 students. Sampling method employs probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 is utilized to test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and locus of control variables have a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior among scholarship recipients who use Shopee Paylater service. However, the lifestyle variable is found to have no significant impact or it can be said that the lifestyle variable does not affect financial management behavior among scholarship.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the rampant use of online loan applications in purchasing gadgets at Erafone n More Usman Sadar Gresik City. The purpose of this study is to find out how financial literacy and online loans impact the decision to use electronic device credit. This study applied quantitative methods using primary and secondary data. The sample used in this study was Saturated Sampling or Census using 42 respondents. Data collection in this study used questionnaires that have been tested for validity. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The T test shows that financial literacy factors affect gadget credit-making decisions, and online loans affect gadget credit-making decisions. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test (F test) shows that financial literacy factors and online loans are both very influential on gadget credit-making decisions.
