Abstract

The electrical system Auxiliary Power Unit on the Boeing 737-500 aircraft often experiences operational failure due to damage to the components in the system, this incident causes significant operational losses so that an appropriate maintenance method is needed to eliminate the factors that cause failure in the Electrical system Auxiliary Power Units. The purpose of this study is to plan preventive maintenance activities on the Electrical Auxiliary Power Unit system so that part damage that causes failure can be handled properly. The reliability method is calculated using the Weibull probability distribution so that the critical operating time limit is obtained on the Electrical Auxiliary Power Unit system. From the calculation results, the critical operational limit for the Electrical Auxiliary Power Unit system is 271 flight cycle with the main damage being the start relay component, with maintenance activities in the form of inspection, repair, testing and cleaning activities.

Abstract

AbstrakPertumbuhan teknologi di dunia pasti hendak mempengaruhi pada setiap aktivitas yang dijalani oleh setiap manusia. Alat teknologi terus menjadi semakin moderen ini menolong seorang lebih gampang dalam menuntaskan seluruh aktivitas ataupun pekerjaannya. Teknologi pendukung jenis check-in ini dapat memudahkan para calon penumpang. Tetapi, nyatanya masih banyak pengguna yang memilih untuk memakai check-in konvensional maupun check-in counter. Dalam penelitian, peneliti memilih metode kombinasi, (mixed method). Penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan cara mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam peneitian ini menjadi variabel independen adalah mesin self check-in (X), yang telah di sediakan oleh maskapai Citilink di Bandar Udara Internasional Adisucipto Yogyakarta. Menjadikan variabel dalam penelitian ini dependen ialah kepuasan terhadap penumpang (Y), dan pada variabel ini adalah variabel utama untuk menjadikan faktor berlakunya dalam penelitian. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa mesin self check-in berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan penumpang pada maskapai citilink di Bandara Adjisucipto.
