Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produklow-price dan produk high-price serta kedalaman promosi (low-depth danhigh-depth) terhadap pilihan message framing diskon persentase dannominal. Dengan pilihan message framing diskon persentase dan nominalyang tidak tepat pada produk low-price dan produk high-price sertakedalaman promosi akan menurunkan minat beli konsumen.Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua studi, yaitu studi 1 menguji pengaruhproduk low-price dan produk high-price terhadap pilihan message framingdiskon persentase dan nominal dengan sampel 31. Menggunakan laboratoryeksperimen dan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik multinomial logitdengan uji chi-square. Studi 2 menguji pengaruh kedalaman promositerhadap pilihan message framing persentase dan nominal dengan sampel41. Menggunakan laboratory eksperimen dan pengolahan datamenggunakan teknik multinomial logit dengan uji chi-squareTemuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk low-price (AMDK) danproduk high-price (smartphone) mempengaruhi pilihan konsumen terhadapmessage framing diskon persentase dan nominal. Dan kedalaman promosi(smartphone) mempengaruhi pilihan konsumen terhadap message framingpersentase dan nominal.

Abstract

This research has been conducted to know the technical and financial aspects of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) culture in Bantul District coastal sandy soil area. The samples of farmers were determined by stratified sampling method based on the ponds width. The data were colected by observation and interviews methods. The samples in the study were 41 farmers as respondents/ponds from the population of 290 ponds. Samples were consisted of three categories : 1,000 m2 per pond for 16 farmers: 1,000-1,500 m2 per ponds for 14 farmers and >1,500 – 2,500 m2 per pond for 11 farmers. The results showed that the white shrimp culture in Bantul District coastal sandy soil area was an intensive system with average pond width 1,300 m2. Average pond category < 1,000 m2 was 636 m2; average pond category 1,000-1,500 m2 was 1,357 m2 and average pond category >1,500 – 2,500 m2 was 2.191 m2. Generally the fixed costs incurred IDR 24,876,128,- per pond/cycle and variable costs IDR 72,839,121 per pond/cycle (IDR 218,517,362,- per pond/year). The revenue of the culture was IDR 109,709,805,- per pond/year, with the ratio value  between the total revenue with total costs [Revenue (R) / Cost (C) ratio ] was 1.37. The Break Event Point  (BEP) of shrimp products was 4,909 kg and the Break Event Point (BEP) of shrimp price was IDR 34,312,-. The highest productivity of shrimp was 19.7 Ton/ha/cycle, which be cultured in the 1,000-1,500 m2 ponds, with incomed IDR 169,507,143 per pond/cycle and the Revenue/Cost ratio (R/C ratio) was 1.60.  The BEP of shrimp products was 5,069 Kg and the BEP of shrimp price was IDR 28,187,-

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan bagi para pengendara GOJEK yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berbahasa Inggris pada saat mereka bekerja. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut diduga disebabkan salah satunya oleh faktor rendahnya kemampuan berbahasa Inggris para pengendara GOJEK pada saat melayani para tamu atau pngguna jasa yang berasal dari tamu asing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kemampuan berbahasa Inggris pengendara GOJEK melalui Kamus Bahasa Inggris pada Aplikasi Android. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif grounded theory dengan cara melakukan, menganalisa, menghasilkan formula, observasi, serta interview pada masing-masing subyek. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menyumbangkan strategi penguasaan bahasa asing di Indonesia.

Abstract

This Study Investigates The Factors That Influence Users' Intention To Continue Using Digital Banking Services In Indonesia, Focusing On Fully Digital Banks Without Branches Such As Blu By Bca Digital, Jenius, Seabank And Others. Based On The Technology Continuance Theory (Tct), This Study Integrates The Main Constructs Of The Technology Acceptance Model (Tam) And The Expectation Confirmation Model (Ecm) And Extends The Framework By Including Two Important Factors In The Context Of Digital Finance, Namely Trust And Perceived Risk. Data Were Collected Through A Structured Online Questionnaire, Resulting In 227 Valid Responses From Active Digital Banking Users. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (Pls-Sem) Was Employed To Test Eight Hypotheses Involving Confirmation, Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction, Attitude Toward The Service, Trust And Perceived Risk. The Results Revealed That Confirmation And Perceived Ease Of Use Significantly Influenced Perceived Usefulness, Which In Turn Had A Strong Impact On User Satisfaction. Furthermore, Satisfaction Improved User Attitudes Toward The Service. However, The Direct Effects Of Satisfaction, Attitude, Trust, And Perceived Risk On Continuance Intention Were Found To Be Statistically Insignificant, Indicating Potential Indirect Pathways Or Conceptual Overlap. Discriminant Validity Issues Identified Through Htmt Analysis Indicated High Intercorrelations Among These Constructs, Warranting Further Refinement In Future Models. This Study Contributes To The Post-Adoption Literature By Validating An Extended Tct Model In The Context Of Indonesian Digital Banking. It Offers Practical Recommendations For Digital Banks To Focus On Functional Value And User Experience Rather Than Solely Emphasizing Trust-Building Or Risk Reduction. Future Research Should Address The Model’s Limitations By Including Moderating Variables, Using Longitudinal Data And Expanding To Cross-National Contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of payment procedures, deposits and places of payment of retribution manually & electronically and obstacles encountered when implementing e-retribution. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were obtained by means of field research and library research. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis and using purposive sampling techniques to determine sources. The research results show that the implementation of the electronic levy collection policy at the Department of Trade, Industry and Manpower has not been implemented optimally. In terms of implementation techniques, there are problems with machine damage, network errors, and cards that are not stored properly so they cannot be swiped on the machine. There is a shortage of resources to manage levy receipts electronically. Apart from that, there is a lack of awareness among traders regarding electronic payments. E-retribution has not been implemented completely because electronic collection is still not efficient because there are still obstacles encountered.
