Abstract

Residence or housing is one of the basic needs of humans. Each individual has different housing needs based on their social, economic, and cultural aspects. This diversity requires housing design solutions with various design variations that can meet the residents' needs. Vertical housing has become one answer to fulfilling housing needs, but the quality of life in vertical housing is often considered worse compared to conventional housing. Currently, the constructed vertical housing buildings lack high spatial flexibility, as they typically have fixed forms and limited living space that restricts the flexibility for occupants. Commercial vertical housing with the application of modular architecture and prefabrication is one approach that can provide a solution to dynamic living needs quickly and responsively to the environmental typology, while also providing open spaces for residents to enhance their quality of life.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengghasilkan penyusunan strategi dan desain struktur bangunan Elderly Housing yang dapat memberikan tempat bagi lansia dengan menyediakan fasilitas utama dan tambahan yang memadai, sambil mempertimbangkan aspek kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi mereka. Mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan diri bagi lansia untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas mereka dalam mengembangakan bakat yang dimiliki oleh para lansia dan mampu menjaminkan pelayanan dalam aspek kesehatan dan keamanan kepada para lansia sehingga para lansia akan nyaman dan aman. Elderly Housing dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia, agar para lansia dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan lebih aman dan nyaman. Arsitektur perilaku adalah pendekatan arsitektur yang mempertimbangkan aspek perilaku dalam proses perancangan. Fokusnya adalah pada hubungan antara perilaku manusia dan lingkungan sekitarnya. sehingga konsep desain perilaku pada Elderly Housing dapat menjadi solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia agar aktivitas menjadi lebih produktif. Penerapan tema desain perancangan Elderly Housing Arsitektur di jakarta adalah Arsitektur perilaku memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat dengan prinsip-prinsip yang menekankan perhatian pada kondisi dan perilaku lansia (pensiunan). Tematik arsitektur perilaku ini juga berpedoman agar perancangan elderly housing dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna dan lingkungan, sehingga aktivitas penghuni menjadi lebih nyaman, aman, serta memenuhi nilai estetika dan keseimbangan desain. Abstract

The design of the Four Star City Hotel in Tebet, South Jakarta, which will implement eco-tech architecture as an innovative solution in responding to sustainability challenges in the urban hotel sector. This approach integrates modern technology with environmentally friendly principles by utilizing solar panel energy as an energy source. The hotel design is designed to optimize energy efficiency, minimize environmental impact and create maximum comfort for visitors. Apart from considering functional and aesthetic aspects, this design is oriented towards sustainable development which supports reducing the carbon footprint. The results are expected to make a positive contribution to the creation of a greener and more energy efficient urban environment.
