Abstract

ABSTRACTThe population data processing system is very important for all population administration processes in a village, or in a smaller scope, namely hamlets. An information system is needed to access population data, so that one can use it to carry out population track records and simplify the process of population registration. Tegal Kori Kaja Hamlet is located in Ubung Kaja Village, North Denpasar District. Currently village officials carry out data collection on paper and processing population data by storing data in word and excel documents, making it difficult and slowing down the process of reporting and archiving population data including data on KK (Head of Family), Population Data, Arrivals Data, Data on Death, Birth Data and Transfer Data. With these problems, a population data information system will be designed which can help village government organization officials, especially hamlet heads in recording and managing population data, so they can produce population report and can provide information on population status to all people because this system based on website and can be accessed by all people .Keywords: system, information, populationABSTRAKSistem pengolahan data penduduk sangat penting bagi segala proses administrasi kependudukan dalam suatu desa, ataupun dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil yaitu dusun. Suatu sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengakses data kependudukan, sehingga diantaranya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan rekam jejak penduduk serta mempermudah dalam proses pendataan penduduk. Dusun Tegal Kori Kaja terletak pada desa Ubung kaja kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Saat ini aparat desa melakukan pendataan penduduk dengan kertas dan pengolahan data penduduk yang dilakukan dengan menyimpan data-data dalam dokumen word dan excel, sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat proses pelaporan dan pengarsipan data penduduk meliputi data KK (Kepala Keluarga), Data Penduduk, Data Pendatang, Data Kematian, Data Kelahiran dan Data Perpindahan. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka akan dirancang sistem informasi data penduduk dusun yang dapat membantu pemerintahan desa, khususnya kepala dusun dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data penduduk sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan penduduk dan dapat memberikan informasi status kependudukan kepada seluruh penduduk karena sistem informasi berbasis website dan bisa diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, penduduk

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekowisata terhadap perekonomian masyarakat Desa Nyambu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Nyambu, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli 2018-Desember 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuisioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantiatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan analisis dengan analisis Regresi Sederhana diperoleh Nilai koefisien Variabel Ekowisata (X1) bernilai positif sebesar 0.302 maka artinya apabila nilai Ekowisata (X1) naik satu satuan maka Perekonomian Masyarakat (Y) akan naik sebesar 0.302. Setelah dilakukan Uji t, dimana diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar 0.000. Nilai sig. ini lebih kecil dari 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Ekowisata (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat (Y). Setelah dilakukan analisis koefisien determinasi, dimana Koefisien Determinasi ( ) digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa jauh kemampuan Variabel Bebas (Ekowisata) mempengaruhi Variabel Terikat (Perekonomian Masyarakat) diperoleh Nilai koefisien sebesar 0.140 atau sebesar 14%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Perekonomian Masyarakat (Y) dijelaskan 14% oleh Variabel Ekowisata (X1) sisa nya sebesar 86 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam model atau penelitian. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Ekowisata (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Perekonomian Masyarakat (Y) dimana pengaruh yang diberikan adalah sebesar 14%.

Abstract

Digital media is currently utilized by the entire community because it has provided its own space digitally for its users to move in terms of communication and various activities. Especially in terms of communication today people prefer digital media / platforms in sending short messages for information or data delivery activities. The ability to send fast, easy and equipped with service features as per the needs of its users becomes an effective choice for the public in using digital short message platforms. The use of digital messaging platforms today also makes people begin to realize the importance of security in data transmission. The high activity of people who send personal data through digital platforms must also be balanced with the level of security and confidentiality of data on the platform. This research aims to find out the legal protection arrangements in the delivery of data through digital messaging platforms so that the wider community understands security and data protection. This research uses normative juridical research methods using the legal sources of literature. The wider community today sees the number of cases of data violations / misuse through digital messaging platforms is clear evidence that personal data is a human right of digital platform users that must be protected. Therefore, it is necessary to have legal tools that can accommodate the form of laws to ensure the security and protection of personal data.
