Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Stres kerja perawat dapat terjadi terjadi akibat berbagai faktor dari tekanan dan tuntutan dalam pekerjaan seperti banyaknya beban kerja, lama waktu pekerjaan yang membuat perawat kelelahan, bersikap kasar, cemas, tekanan darah meningkat, berkurangnya percaya diri, meningkatnya ketidakpuasan terhadap pekerjaan dan pelayanan kepada pasien serta menurunkan produktifitas kerja. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja perawat di Ruangan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat III Manado. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruangan rawat inap RS Bhayangkara Manado dengan jumlah responden 48 perawat. Teknik  pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori stres sedang, sebanyak (60,4%), stres ringan sebanyak (31,3%) dan stres berat sebanyak (8,3%). Stres kerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti beban kerja, masa kerja, kelelahan, usia dan juga faktor individu. Sebagian besar perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado mengalami stres sedang. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado mengalami stres sedang. Kata Kunci : Perawat; Stres  Abstract Background: Nurse work stress can occur due to various factors from pressure and demands in work such as large workloads, long work hours which make nurses tired, rude, anxious, increased blood pressure, reduced self-confidence, increased dissatisfaction with work and service to patients. and reduce work productivity. Objective: To determine the description of work stress of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Manado. Methods : This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive design. The research sample was determined using the total sampling technique, the sample used in this study were nurses working in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara Hospital Manado with a total of 48 nurses as respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviews and questionnaires. Results: This study showed that most of the respondents were in the category of moderate stress (60.4%), mild stress (31.3%) and severe stress (8.3%). Work stress is influenced by various factors such as workload, length of service, fatigue, age and also individual factors. Most of the nurses at Bhayangkara Manado Hospital experienced moderate stress. Conclusion: Most of the nurses at Bhayangkara Manado Hospital experience moderate stress. Keywords : nurse; stress

Abstract

Latar belakang: Caring merupakan landasan seluruh proses keperawatan yang menggambarkan kesatuan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang utuh, dan caring dapat dicapai dengan memberikan perhatian, penghargaan, tanggung jawab, dan bantuan yang tulus kepada pasien sebagai pribadi seutuhnya. Kepuasan pasien adalah hasil penilaian dari pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dengan membandingkan layanan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan kenyataan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima di suatu tatanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat III Manado. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan Uji Spearman, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 150 pasien. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien sedang dengan (p-value = 0,005) dan kekuatan korelasi (nilai r =0,428). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tingkat III Manado. Abstract

Introduction: Physical, mental or emotional fatigue experienced by a nurse is a phenomenon that can describe burnout. When nurses start to feel boredom at work, the work environment will become unconducive. If this situation is allowed to drag on, it will cause nurse productivity or performance to decline. The negative impact will be felt by patients and families, colleagues, and management where nurses work. Objective: The study aims to find out burnout’s relationship with the performance of executive nurses at one of the hospitals in Sonder, Minahasa. Method: The study is a quantitave study with correlation analysis, to see if there is a link between variables with the cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this study is the managing nurse of 53 people who were procured using a total sampling. Research instruments using an MBI questionnaire (Maslach Burnout Inventory) and the 2017 formal performance questionnaire was then analysed using a spearmen test. Results: Based on the research results obtained, the value of p = 0.002 (α<0.05) so this shows that there is a relationship between burnout and the performance of implementing nurses, where the correlation coefficient number 0,412, which means that a variable relationship is strong enough with a a positive value and the therefore makes the two variables one way or another. Conclusion: From this research the heavier the burnout, the less the performance of the executive nurse will be.

Abstract

Anxiety is a common problem experienced by many individuals, including postpartum mothers. The causes include worry about the baby's condition, feelings of inadequacy in caring for the baby, unpreparedness to care for the baby and family, and various other reasons. This condition can negatively affect the mother, baby, and family as caregivers. One alternative to reduce anxiety in postpartum mothers is the implementation of the Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) method. This study aims to determine changes in the anxiety levels of postpartum mothers after receiving KMC intervention. The study used a one-group pretest-posttest design with 16 respondents selected through incidental sampling. Data was collected using the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) questionnaire. After the KMC intervention, there was a change in the anxiety levels of the respondents, with seven respondents (43.8%) experiencing mild anxiety and eight respondents (56.3%) experiencing moderate anxiety. Statistical analysis using a paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between pre- and post-intervention levels. Before the intervention, anxiety levels among respondents were predominantly in the moderate to severe category. After the KMC intervention, anxiety levels decreased to the moderate to mild category. This indicates that the KMC intervention has a positive effect in reducing anxiety levels among postpartum mothers at RSU Pancaran Kasih Manado.

Abstract

Background Nurses have a very important role in improving the quality of hospital services. Nurse work productivity affects the quality of hospital services. Previous research concluded that nurse performance indicators greatly influence the quality of hospital services. Objective To analyze the factors related to the work productivity of nurses in hospitals. Bhayangkara Tk III Manado. Methods This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design which was conducted in April 2023 at Bhayangkara Hospital Manado North Karombasan, Wanea District, Manado City, North Sulawesi. Collecting data using a research questionnaire to 70 respondents who have been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical test using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results Most of the nurses had high motivation, namely 77.1%, the majority of nurses had low income levels, namely 92.9%, most of the nurses had a good perception of the work environment, namely 81.4%. There is no relationship between the work motivation of nurses and the work productivity of nurses with p value = 0.063. There is no relationship between income level and work productivity with p value = 0.668. There is no relationship between work environment and work productivity with p value = 0.054. Conclusion There is no relationship between work motivation, income level, and work environment with work productivity in hospitals. Bhayangkara Tk III Manado.

Abstract

Background: Caring can improve the health and welfare of patients and make it easier for nurses to provide health services. Nurses who apply caring play an important role in increasing patient self-confidence and reducing anxiety levels. Reducing anxiety and stress will strengthen the body's defense system, thereby supporting the healing process optimally. Objective: To determine the relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient anxiety levels in the Anggrek inpatient room at Talaud Regional General Hospital. Method: This type of research uses a cross sectional approach with quantitative research methods, using the Spearman correlation test. The sample used was 50 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria. The instrument used to measure nurses' caring was a caring behavior questionnaire with 41 questions and to measure patient anxiety using the HARS questionnaire with 14 statements analyzed using SPSS version 29. Results: There was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and the level of anxiety in the weak category with (p-value = 0.026) and strength of correlation (-0.160). Conclusion: there is a relationship between caring nurses and the level of patient anxiety in the Orchid inpatient room at Talaud Regional General Hospital.
