Abstract

Judul pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu “Penyuluhan Penulisan Surat Dinas dan Pengagendaannya pada Staf Kantor Desa Tiwingan Lama Kabupaten Banjar.” Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan penulisan surat dinas dan pengagendaannya pada staf kantor Desa Tiwingan Lama Kabupaten Banjar ini adalah memberikan informasi mengenai (1) pengertian surat dinas, (2) bentuk surat dinas, (3) bagian surat dinas, (4) penulisan surat dinas, dan (5) pengagendaan surat dinas, baik surat keluar maupun surat masuk. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 16 September 2021, bertempat di Gedung Serbaguna Desa Tiwingan Lama Kabupaten Banjar. Jumlah peserta (sebagai peserta penyuluhan) sebanyak 16 orang. Tim penyuluh sebanyak 4 orang. Mahasiswa yang ikut penyuluhan sebanyak 2 orang. Penyuluhan disampaikan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik pengisian buku agenda, baik buku agenda surat keluar maupun surat masuk. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan penyuluhan penulisan surat dinas dan pengagendaannya pada staf kantor Desa Tiwingan Lama Kabupaten Banjar, dapat dikemukakan bahwa staf kantor Desa Tiwingan Lama Kabupaten Banjar (1) dapat mengetahui pengertian surat dinas, (2) dapat mengetahui bentuk surat dinas, (3) dapat mengetahui bagian surat dinas, (4) dapat menulis surat dinas, dan (5) dapat mengagendakan surat dinas, baik surat keluar maupun surat masuk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Indihome service providers in Banjarmasin on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Quantitative research method used in this study. Questionnaires with a Likert scale were distributed to 99 users of Indihome services in Banjarmasin. The sampling method used was convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires at Indihome outlets, Banjarmasin. The data obtained is then processed using path analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the variables reliability and empathy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it was also found that the reliability variable also had a significant effect on consumer loyalty

Abstract

The Mobile Programming Introduction Training was conducted to enhance the knowledge and skills of students at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, particularly those in the Software Engineering Department, in mobile application development. This training aimed to provide foundational knowledge in Android programming using Java, a dominant platform in the mobile app development world. The event was attended by 20 second-year students and involved lectures, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions. The results of the training indicate that participants successfully understood and applied the concepts taught, as evidenced by their ability to create simple Android applications. Despite challenges related to time constraints, the training positively impacted the students' readiness for the increasingly digital job market. Thus, the training is expected to contribute to the development of students' competencies and open career opportunities in the information technology field.
