Abstract

ABSTRACT: Sidey District has the potential to become a West Papuan tourism icon. Sidey needs to prioritize the development of the tourism industry to guide future development planning. The objective of this study is to identify the key priorities for enhancing the tourism potential in Sidey District. The priorities are segmented into three categories: priority development criteria, priorities concerning tourism actors, and priorities related to tourism alternatives. The descriptive approach is used, and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) facilitates decision-making. The collection of data involved conducting interviews with 7 experts, including academics, local community representatives, and regional government officials, using a questionnaire. Analysis of the questionnaire processing revealed a consistency value below 0.1, indicating that the weighting is deemed acceptable. According to the study, sidey's tourist potential may be divided into three categories: eco-edutourism, agro-edutourism, and build tourism. According to the findings of the AHP calculations, the allocation tourism development budget (35%) and institutional solid support (27%) were the two most important development criteria. The local government (34%) and the community (24%) are significant tourism actors. Eco-edutourism (48%) and agro-edutourism (40%) are the main alternatives to tourism growth. The alternative development follows the Manokwari Regency RIPPARDA's preferred course of action.

Abstract

Upaya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani kakao di Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan adalah melalui kerjasama dalam bentuk kemitraan antara petani kakao dengan Koperasi Ebier Suth Cokran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola kemitraan dan menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kemitraan yang dilaksanakan petani kakao dengan Koperasi Ebier Suth Cokran di Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan cara tabulasi secara sederhana. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan teknik sensus kepada seluruh petani mitra dari dua kampung yaitu kampung Tobou dan Hamor. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pola kemitraan yang terjadi antara petani kakao dengan Koperasi Ebier Suth Cokran cenderung mengarah pada pola dagang umum, efektivitas produktivitas petani disimpulkan cukup efektif, efektivitas pemasaran cukup efektif dan efektif dan efektivitas bantuan sarana produksi cukup efektif dan tidak efektif.

Abstract

Garasi Ipok coffee shop is a coffee shop in West Manokwari District, Manokwari Regency which has a quite strategic location. The aim of this research is to analyze internal and external business factors and formulate business development strategies. The method used in this research is descriptive with a case study approach using SWOT analysis. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews based on questionnaire. The results of the SWOT analysis shows that Kedai Kopi Garasi Ipok is in a very profitable situation. The Coffee shop has strengths internally and opportunities externally. The development strategy that can be implemented by the coffe shop is aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy).
