Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial competence and business environment on business success mediated by competitiveness. The research method uses descriptive-quantitative, with the type of descriptive-verificative survey research. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, so a sample representation of 254 respondents is obtained. Descriptive analysis and verification analysis were used for data processing. The results showed that all constructs were included in the low category (achievement below 50%). And the power construct variance (DS) can be explained by the entrepreneurial competence (KK) and the environment (LB) of 65.1% of the business; the remaining 9% is influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the study results, it can be said that Entrepreneurship and Environmental Competencies positively affect competitiveness. Likewise, both directly and through competitiveness, Entrepreneurial Competence and the business environment positively impact business success. And Power has a positive effect on business success. Low competitiveness resulted in the achievement of the clothing industry in West Java, and low competence and a less conducive environment also participated. Especially during a pandemic like now.

Abstract

During the current pandemic, the number of investors in Indonesia is increasing rapidly. It is an exciting thing how novice investors make decisions and face risks. On investment to minimize risk can be done with an investment portfolio. This study tries to offer investment efficiency factors and risk-based investment portfolio optimization so that investors in making investment decisions will feel satisfied and can meet their investment goals. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique.The study results indicate that risk-based investment optimization and investment efficiency have a positive influence on investment decisions. It can ensure that accuracy in optimizing investment portfolios and increasing investment efficiency by investors can increase the efficiency of Investment Experience in investing.

Abstract

This study uses industrial logistics companies as a unit of analysis, with a sample of 100 distribution companies in Jabodetabek. This research is a verification study with an explanatory survey. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach through the SmartPLS software. The research findings are that markets are oriented, and marketing performance tends to be quite high but not ideal. A strategic market orientation model of marketing performance moderated by environmental vulnerability The results of this study also indicate that market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance. In this research model, market orientation strategy influences marketing performance.
