Abstract

Abstract Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the entire education system in Indonesia has undergone significant changes because all learning must be done online. This study reviews students' learning motivation in online learning during the pandemic when all learning activities are carried out at home. Motivation can grow from yourself and from those around you. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire learning system was shifted to online learning methods, causing some disturbances while carrying out the learning process. This, can affect student learning motivation. From the results of the research obtained, there are many obstacles that are felt by students when learning takes place so that students become less enthusiastic when learning. Keywords: COVID-19, Motivation, Pandemic, Students Abstrak Akibat wabah virus COVID-19, seluruh sistem pendidikan di indonesia mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan karena semua pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara online atau daring. Penelitian ini meninjau motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi saat semua aktivitas pembelajaran dilakukan dirumah. Motivasi dapat tumbuh dari diri sendiri maupun dari orang sekitar. Selama pandemi COVID-19, seluruh sistem pembelajaran dialihkan ke metode pembelajaran online sehingga menyebabkan adanya beberapa gangguan saat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Hal ini, akan dapat mempengaruhi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, banyak sekali kendala yang diraskaan para siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung sehingga membuat para siswa menjadi kurang bersemangat saat belajar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Regional Taxes and Regional Levies on Economic Growth in Tanjung Balai. The data used in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the data used is data for the period 2010 - 2024. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method using statistical tests by determining a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) in the t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Regional Tax variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth and Regional Levies have a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth. Then simultaneously Regional Taxes and Regional Levies have a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to understand the development planning in Lubuk Cemara Village, Perbaungan District, and the factors influencing the development planning in Lubuk Cemara Village, Perbaungan District. Methodology/approach: This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants is 8 informants. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. Results/findings: The research results indicate that the development planning process in Lubuk Cemara Village, Perbaungan District, has not yet shown optimal improvement in community welfare. This can be seen from the suboptimal ability of village government officials in conducting good and targeted development planning and in overseeing the development planning process. Conclussion: Based on the research conducted on the development planning in Lubuk Cemara Village, Perbaungan District, the author can conclude that the analysis of the development planning in Lubuk Cemara Village, Perbaungan District, has not yet shown an optimal improvement in social welfare. This can be seen from the suboptimal ability of village government officials in conducting effective and targeted development planning and in overseeing development planning. Limitations: The factors that influence the planning of the development of LubukCemara Village are: the amount of cost, facilities and infrastructure, and the implementation time. Contribution: The data analysis technique used is based on a theory that consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
