Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, sales growth, dan pergantian CEO pada financial distress dengan struktur corporate governance sebagai ariable moderasinya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan sampel sebanyak 63 perusahaan, periode penelitian dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress (2) Struktur modal berpengaruh ariable dan signifikan terhadap financial distress (3) Sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress (4) pergantian CEO berpengaruh ariable dan signifikan terhadap financial distress (5) struktur corporate governance berpengaruh ariable dan signifikan terhadap financial distress (6) struktur corporate governance mampu memperkuat pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap financial distress (7) struktur corporate governance tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap financial distress (8) struktur corporate governance tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh sales growth terhadap financial distress (9) struktur corporate governance tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh pergantian CEO terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze educational research planning systematic through a aqualitative approach based on library research by analyzing key concepts and prinsiples of research methodology from various academic sources. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques the stages of classification, desription, synthesis, and then drawing conclusions. The results of the discussion grouped three main pillars of planning: firs, problem formulation that must meet empirical, specific, and relevant criteria; second is the function of theory and conceptual foundation as an academic foundation for building a framework of thought and finding research gaps or gaps; and finaly, the hypothesis formulation technique as a rational and empitically tested temporary solution or answer. It was concluded that systematic planning, starting from defining the problem to proposing a hypothesis supported by theory, is an absolite prerequisite for ensuring the validity, focus and contribution of educational research.
