Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning process that is used for developing students' attitudes, skills and knowledge. This study aims to describe the implementation of the scientific approach in teacher lesson plans. The research method is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the teacher's lesson plans. The implementation of the scientific process in the lesson plans shows that all scientific aspects have been found. The results of the analysis of 75 teachers' lesson plans on the development of the scientific learning process found that the implementation was 48.57%.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA perlu diusahakan keefektifannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran inkuiri. Badan Stándar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP), menganjurkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran IPA dengan pembelajaran Inkuiri. Dengan demikian perlu adanya kesesuaian antara proses pembelajaran dengan evaluasi yang akan diberikan, sehingga ketercapaian hakikat pembelajaran IPA dapat diukur. Dari proses pembelajaran sains iaplikasi konsep merupakan bagian dari hakikat IPA, sehingga menjadi indikator pelakasanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kemunculan aspek aplikasi konsep dalam evaluasi pembelajaran IPA. Selanjutnya, mendiskripsikan dan menganalisi faktor-faktor yang diindikasikan dapat mempengaruhi guru memunculkan aspek aplikasi konsep dalam evaluasi pembelajaran IPA.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada 9 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Kota Banda Aceh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang megajar IPA di kelas IV, V, dan VI. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian adalah análisis dokumentasi, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan persentase dari mengelompokkan dokumentasi dan menggunakan pedoman wawancara untuk melihat permasalahan guru memunculkan aspek aplikasi konsep. Aplikasi konsep yang dianalisis, aspek aplikasi konsep ditemukan cenderung rendah dari dokumen soal-soal yang dilimiki guru. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi guru memunculkan aspek aplikasi konsep yaitu ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya pelatihan dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, Guru masih kurang memiliki buku-buku evaluasi yang dapat menjadi pedoman untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

The purpose of learning science in the KTSP is to develop process skills to investigate the environment, solve problems and make decisions. Students' ability in science process skills will affect students' abilities in learning. Research has been carried out on improving science process skills in learning through the application of group investigations of class VI students at MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh City. This research raises the issue of "How to increase the ability of science process skills through the application of group investigations in class IVMIN Rukoh Banda Aceh". This study aims to improve process skills with group investigations including questioning skills, planning skills, observing skills, and students' communication skills in students' science learning. The subjects in this study were students of class VI MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh, totaling 34 students. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The results of the study were obtained through worksheets and observations. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle was 29.41%, and the second cycle was 38.23%. The difference in the percentage of completeness between cycle I and cycle II was 44.12%. Thus, the application of group investigations can improve science process skills in grade VI students at MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar tidak terlepas dari cara dan metode yang sesuai untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga tercapai tujuan pembelalajaran, khusunya pada pembelajaran IPA . Adapaun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran, (2) untuk mengetahui respon siswa dengan penerapan pendekatan PAKEM dalam pembelajaran IPA . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), pembelajaran ini yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA MIN Rukoh yang berjumlah 42 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa, tes, dan angket. Data yang diperoleh tentang aktivitas guru dan siswa, respon siswa dianalisis dan didesksripsikan dengan rumus persentase. Hasil yang diperolehdari penelitian ini adalah (1) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar IPA sudah mencerminkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PAKEM dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, Aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan PAKEM pada siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan persentase rata-rata 77,77 % pada siklus I dan 96,29 % pada siklus II, Aktifitas siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan persentase rata-rata 84,84 % pada siklus I dan 96,96 % pada siklus II (2) Respon siswa terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan PAKEM pada umumnya menyatakan senang dan merasa tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran berikutnya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed almost everything, changing the way people live, including the world of education. Online learning is applied as a solution to meet the implementation of educational programs. In the PGMI Study Program, almost all courses are applied online and one of them is the Class Action Research course. This study aims to determine student perceptions of online learning in the Class Action Research course. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were all PGMI students and the sampling technique was snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing students. The results showed that online learning was well implemented. There were several obstacles found by students consisting of an unsupportive network, lack of library access, and inadequate learning environment conditions.

Abstract

Lack of learning resources is an obstacle in achieving curriculum goals. The diversity of learning resources, especially teaching materials, is still lacking in primary schools and madrasah. It is important to develop teaching materials that are in accordance with the theme of the curriculum in Primary school. This study aims to design teaching materials based on the discovery learning model and describe the feasibility of teaching materials based on the discovery learning model in class IV primary school. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research using the 4D model which consists of 4 stages, namely: Define Design, Develop and Dissemination. The research instruments were media expert validation sheets, material expert validation sheets, linguist validation sheets and teacher response questionnaires. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the media validation results obtained a score of 94% in the very feasible category, the results of the material expert validation obtained a score of 80% in the feasible category, the results of the linguist validation obtained a score of 82% in the very feasible category, and the results of the first teacher's response scored with the percentage is 80% in the appropriate category, the results of the second teacher's response obtain a score with a percentage of 81% in the very feasible category. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that the development of teaching materials based on the discovery learning model is suitable for use for fourth grade students of Primary school.

Abstract

Classroom management is an effort made by teachers to create and maintain classroom conditions so that they remain normal and optimal in carrying out learning so that it can continue to run effectively and efficiently. Thematic learning is integrated learning that uses themes to link several subjects so that it can provide meaningful experiences to students. The aim of this research is to describe classroom management in thematic learning. This research method is a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type. The results of this research indicate that the classroom management carried out by teachers at SDN 2 Trienggadeng Pidie Jaya has generally been carried out well and teachers have utilized the available classroom facilities and infrastructure.
