Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work stress and skills partially and simultaneously affect the work performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lahat Regency. The sample in this study was 57 respondents. The sampling method used by the researcher was Incidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using the SPSS application and produces a regression equation. The results of this study are: there is a significant influence between work stress on the work performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lahat Regency, there is a significant influence between work skills on the work performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lahat Regency. The F test shows that work stress and skills have a simultaneous effect on the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Education Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penetapan harga terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk semen PT.  Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk di Kota Palembang. Adapun responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian kali ini sekitar 100 orang responden yang merupakan konsumen yang melakukan pembelian semen baturaja di beberapa took bangunan di kota Palembang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dalam melakukan analisis regresi sederhana, pengujian secara parsial serta pengujian koofesien determinasi.  Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil Y = 3,987 + 0,566X . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan konsumen sebelum dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga adalah sebesar 3,987.  Kemudian nilai koofisien determinasi sebesar R2 = 0,398 menunjukkan bahwa 39,8%% sedangkan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian kali ini adalah sebesar 60,2%.
