Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi rantai pasokan pakaian pada Toko Lina. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen pasokan di industri Toko Pakaian Lina yaitu meliputi dari beberapa pemasok pakaian/kain lainnya. Dan juga Toko Pakaian Lina menggunakan tiga macam aliran dalam suatu proses melakukan rantai pasokan, yaitu Aliran produk, Aliran keuangan dan juga Aliran informasi. Tentunya Toko Pakaian Lina sangat teliti dalam melihat dari pemasok mana yang memiliki jahitan yang terbaik, dan mana juga yang banyak peminatnya dari konsumen. Untuk penentuan harga pakaian pastinya harus sesuai dengan harga pasar yang ada juga pakaian yang diinginkan, karena Toko Pakaian Lina menyediakan pakaian dengan kain tekstil yang beragam dan berkualitas. Aliran keuangan yang mengalir dari beberapa toko pemasok ke Toko Pakaian Lina terjadi karena adanya pembelian suatu barang yang nantinya siap untuk disalurkan kembali di Toko Pakaian Lina menjadi suatu barang jual. This study aims to determine the strategy of the clothing supply chain at the Lina Store. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is by means of library research and interviews. The results showed that the supply management model in the Lina Clothing Store industry includes several other clothing/fabric suppliers. And also Lina's Clothing Store uses three kinds of flow in a supply chain process, namely Product flow, Financial flow and also Information flow. Of course, Lina's Clothing Store is very careful in seeing which suppliers have the best stitches, and which ones have a lot of demand from consumers. For determining the price of clothing, of course it must be in accordance with market price, as well as the clothes you want, because Lina's Clothing Store provides clothes with various and quality textile fabrics. The financial flow that flows from several supply stores to Lina's Clothing Store occurs because of the purchase of an item which is later ready to be distributed back to Lina’s Clothing Store into a sale item. Abstract

This journal reviews the performance report by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province in 2021. This study aims to describe how the performance report is carried out by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, including library research. The source of this research is secondary data such as report data and related journals. Performance reporting is a form of accountability for each government agency for the implementation of programs and budgets. Performance report based on agreement, performance appraisal and performance evaluation. The results showed that the performance planning carried out was the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan (Renstra). In realizing the vision and mission of the Regional Head and to achieve the targets of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU), the North Sumatra Provincial Environment Service establishes a work program. The achievement of the performance indicators against the national target is very good because it is above the target set in the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the Year 2020-2024.
