Abstract

Work environment variable, employee compensation variable has significant influence simultaneously toward employee performance. It is proven by Fcalculate > Ftable with result 19,211 > 3,20 and  significant result F 0,000 < 0,05. Partially work environmet has tcalculate < ttabel with result 3,780 > 2,012 and significant result 0,000 < 0,05 wich means work environment partially has significant effect toward employee. Otherwise, employee compensation has significant effect toward employees performance. It is proven by tcalculate > ttable with result 2,508 > 2,012 and significant result 0,016 < 0,05. In this research also found R Square result of 0,450 or 45% that mean, work environmet and employee compensation has an effect of 45% toward employee performance and 55% influenced by others variable that  which is not researched. Abstract

The study aims to find out the effect of the interactions of fermented organic fertilizer applications and plant pesticides on the intensity of disease attacks on the green peanuts plants (Vigna radiate L.) and to out find the sole effect of fermented organic fertilizer application and vegeteble pesticides agains disease attack intensity in green peanuts planst (Vigna radiate L.). This study as implemented on ULM Agricultural Faculty research land Unlam 3 Banjarbaru South Borneo. The study lasted for three months beginning in November 2018-January 2019. This study used a two-factor Random Group (RAK). The firts factor is fermented organic fertilizir (B) with 3 degrees which is 0 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer, 5 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer and, 10 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer and second factor is the applicatons of plant pesticides (A) with 4 degrees which 0 times the application of plant pesticides, 2 times the application of plant pesticides, 3 times the application of plant pesticides, 4 times the application of plant pesticides, repeated 3 times. The results show that there is no effect of interaction between fermented organic fertilizer and plant pesticides. The single factor of vegetable pesticides has no effect on the intensity of leaf spotting disease attacks however, single factor fermented organic fertilizer have an effect on the intensity of leaf-spotting disease attacks at age 30 hst and 45 hst.

Abstract

Microneedling has recently been cited as having high efficacy, safety, and recovery rates post-treatment. This microneedling procedure has shown results that increase patient satisfaction and awareness of doctors who want minimal treatment but still get maximum results for healing uneven skin on the face and acne scarring. The test and analysis of the difference in effectiveness between the use of a peel-off mask and a sheet mask in healing wounds treated with derma pen on the surface of the back skin of female Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This research approach uses experimental quantitative research methods, namely an actual experiment or laboratory experimental design. They used a pre-test – post-test control group design to determine and analyze the differences or comparisons in the effectiveness of using a peel-off mask and a sheet mask for wounds treated with a derma pen on the skin surface. The research subjects were 10 female Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research procedure was the acclimation of test animals, phytochemical screening, treatment, and observation carried out on mice by administering dermapen wounds. The research data was analyzed using the SPSS program. In this study, Wistar strain white rats (Rattus norvegicus) with peel-off and sheet masks healed their wounds. Dermapen wounds heal after 14 days, as the average rat wound length shows. The peel-off mask group healed 100% on day 13, while the sheet-mask group healed 100% on day 12. Based on this percentage difference, the researchers found that the group with the fastest wound healing used a 12-day green tea sheet mask.
