Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji krisis kepedulian dalam perkembangan tigarezim kapitalisme dan bagaimana ia seharusnya ditanggapi melalui perspektifNancy Fraser. Dengan merekonstruksi pemikiran Karl Polanyi dalam kerangkafeminisme sosialis, Fraser memahami dua sisi kapitalisme—produksi danreproduksi sosial—sebagai kondisi yang memungkinkan terjadinya krisiskepedulian dan lalu menawarkan suatu gerakan rangkap tiga sebagai jalan untukmengatasi itu. Dengan cara ini Fraser berhasil menempatkan krisis kepeduliantidak hanya dalam batas-batas negara-bangsa, tetapi juga dalam situasi abad ke-21 yang terglobalkan. Th is paper examines the crisis of care in the development of the three regimesof capitalism and how it must be addressed through Nancy Fraser’s perspective. Byreconstructing Karl Polanyi’s thought in a socialist feminism framework, Fraserunderstood the two sides of capitalism - production and social production - as acondition that allows for the crisis of care and then off ered a triple movement asa way to overcome it. In this way Fraser succeeded in placing the crisis of care notonly within the borders of the nation-state, but also in the globalized 21st centurysituation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This paper will discuss rationality and ethics in the thought of Alasdair MacIntyre. Like other communitarian thinkers, tradition is the key word in his thinking. MacIntyre's rationality and ethics are tradition-based rationality and ethics. The return of tradition in the debate of rationality and ethics is a critique of the Enlightenment project which assumes that tradition is irrational. But MacIntyre also disagrees with the post-enlightenment argument with a relativist and perspective tendency. However the rationality and ethics proposed by MacIntyre still has a certain principle of objectivity. Used in contemporary realities, including in Indonesia, Alasdair Macintyre's thought is useful for understanding political identity critically. Abstract
