Abstract

Economic activity is felt alive if it creates an atmosphere that supports the smooth production of goods and services from producers to consumers. Globalization is characterized by free trade, but has not provided much improvement to the economy in Indonesia. There is fraud in almost every line of life, especially in the economic field. What's more, fraud is spreading from traditional markets to supermarkets. As victims of this condition, the people of Nyamplung, Kradenan, Srimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul hamlets have not yet understood the anticipatory steps and the laws they must take in this condition. The community service program has been carried out in accordance with the plan and has been well completed. The activity is only carried out for one day with a face-to-face education model. The people involved are residents of the hamlets of Nyamplung, Kradenan, Srimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul. The educational method used is lectures with printed media and power points followed by focus group discussions and evaluations. During the activity process from beginning to end, the community seemed interested and focused on the material provided by the service. The results of the evaluation of the activities also stated that all of the community understood the educational materials provided by the service.

Abstract

The worst implication of the freedom to access online content is the contamination of access to pornography in children. In fact, the freedom of access stimulates children to apply the behavior as seen. Pornography addiction in children has a more dangerous impact than drugs because it can damage 5 (five) parts of the human brain, one of which is the Pre Frontal Cortex (PFC) as an important part of controlling moral functions to distinguish good and bad things in decision making. Damage to brain function will end in a child's moral disaster. In accordance with the complaints of teachers and school principals to servants on December 19, 2021, a moral disaster also occurred at the Boyfriend State Elementary School. The school is currently concerned with complaints from students regarding the sexual deviant behavior of some male students by showing their genitals to students when making video calls. Starting from this complaint, the servant conducted a survey of 5th and 6th graders regarding sexual deviance/discomfort behavior experienced during the two years of the pandemic, and it was found that many students received sexual violence from family and friends. The solution presented by the servant to overcome the problems faced by the Boyfriend State Elementary School is to provide technical guidance on the prevention of violence and sexual harassment to the Boyfriend State Elementary School students. It is hoped that students will grow into a healthy and independent young generation if they understand the science and its applications regarding the technical prevention of violence and sexual harassment. The purpose of this PKM activity is to save future generations of Indonesian youth from the bondage of free sex and sexual violence.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Di era globalisasi saat ini, persaingan apotek yang berasal dari dalam negeri maupun pemilik sarana apotek Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang masuk ke Indonesia semakin tak terelakkan. Selain itu, deregulasi tentang pendirian apotek, tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap obat dan banyaknya jumlah apoteker juga menjadi faktor pemicu semakin banyaknya jumlah apotek. Secara tidak langsung, persaingan bisnis antar apotek semakin ketat demi memperoleh jumlah pelanggan semaksimal mungkin. Pelayanan yang memuaskan dan berkualitas akan membentuk loyalitas pasien/pelanggan, dan kepuasan, maka pelayanan yang memuaskan tersebut juga akan mendatangkan pelanggan baru. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Wonokromo Yogyakarta. Metode: Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada pasien. Populasi yang diambil sampel sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian pada indikator berwujud diperoleh persentase skor 66,7%, pada indikator kehandalan diperoleh persentase skor 63,8%, pada indikator daya tanggap diperoleh persentase skor 67,5%, pada indikator kepastian diperoleh persentase skor 58,3%, pada indikator empati diperoleh persentase skor 57%. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Wonokromo Yogyakarta dengan persentase skor 62,6% yakni menunjukkan pasien puas.
