Abstract

In education, it is important to utilize the central role of language to support students' intellectual and social development. Thus, language learning becomes more effective and can increase student success in various aspects of learning. In Class Arabic learning activities still focus on reading and memorizing texts monotonously and purposefully without the application of the ability to speak Arabic itself, and there are still many students who have difficulty in pronouncing Arabic correctly. This study aims to describe the planning and application of the Project-Based Learning Model and the constraints experienced by students' abilities, especially in the field of speaking. In this study using a descriptive qualitative research approach, by collecting some data from: observations, interviews, documentation and other supporting documents. The results showed that the process of planning a project-based learning model in maharah kalam learning in class IX MTsN 2 Mojokerto was divided into 2 stages. Then the application of the model for one week with several stages that have been structured so as to produce a product that will be presented by each group using Arabic. The obstacles experienced are the implementation of learning that is less effective so that learning becomes less optimal and lack of habituation to the use of dictionaries in the school environment.

Abstract

This research was motivated by many students who were less active and creative in learning. So that their learning results become less good. To increase student activeness and creativity, the right learning model is needed. For example with cooperative learning, one type of cooperative learning model is Numbered Heads Together (NHT), Through this learning model students are expected to be responsible for their group tasks, so that there is no separation between one student and another student in one group to give and receive each other. Here researchers also use a cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type because students are expected to be active in participating in learning through cooperation between groups in answering questions in quizzes. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of arabic learning using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model in grade VIII MTs Hikmatul Amanah students, to determine the results of mathematics learning using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in grade VIII MTs Hikamatul Amanah students. and to find out the difference in Arabic learning outcomes between those who use the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type learning model with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in grade VIII MTs Hikamtul Amanah students. This research uses quantitative research, with the type of comparative research and experiments. The study population was the entire class VIII MTs Hikmatul Amanah which amounted to 178 students. With a sample number of 33 students from class VIII A experimental class I and VIII D experimental class II. Test The results showed that the average score of Arabic learning outcomes using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model was 88.33 in the high category, while the average score of Arabic learning outcomes using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model was 85.18 in the high category. The results of the hypothesis calculation obtained the value of tcalculate = 1.671 then the value was compared with the value of ttabel = 1.55 at the level of significance 0.05 Thus tcalculate > ttable. So it can be concluded "There are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between those using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type learning model and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in grade VIII MTs Hikmatul Amanah students for the 2022/2023 school year".

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari dari permasalahan dan hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab khususnya pada aspek maharah al-kalam. Hal ini dilatar belakangi masalah kurangnya kreatifitas dan inovasi guru dalam merancang sebuah proses pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif. Sehingga menjadikan proses pembelajaran terkesan monoton dan membosankan. Dampaknya adalah banyak siswa yang pasif dan kurang maksimal dalam berinteraksi menggunakan bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Bolg and Gall yang sudah dimodifikasi menjadi 4 langkah yaitu, penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, dan validasi produk. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari dokumentasi, observasi dan hasil validasi dari para ahli media dan ahli materi yang berupa angket. Penilaian dari ahli media ada tiga aspek yakni tampilan umum, tampilan khusus, dan penyajian media. Dengan presntase nilai sebesar 69% dengan kategori “layak”. Sedangakan ahli materi memberikan penilaian dari tiga aspek yakni relevansi, keakuratan, dan kesesuaian sajian dengan tuntutan pembelajaran yang terpusat pada siswa. Dengan presentase nilai sebesar 87% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan kedua hasil analisis data dari ahli media dan ahli materi media pembelajaran Tepuk Gambar diperoleh nilai akumulasi sebesar 78% dengan kategori “layak”. Maka dengan hasil ini media pembelajaran Tepuk Gambar layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada aspek maharah al-kalam. Kata Kunci : Maharah Kalam, Media Tepuk Gambar, Penelitian dan Pengembangan
