<![CDATA[Tujuan yang ingin diperoleh adalah untuk mengetahui serta memahami pengaturan pengendalian dan pencegahan Covid 19 di Provinsi Bali dan memahami mengenai bentuk kebijakan pengendalian dan pencegahan Covid 19 di Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah regulasi pengendalian covid 19 di Bali diatur dalam Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Bali Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 tentang Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Corona Virus Disease 2019 Dalam Tatanan Kehidupan Baru. Bentuk kebijakan pengendalian Covid 19 di Bali yaitu berbentuk peraturan gubernur, surat imbauan Gubernur Bali dan surat edaran Gubernur Bali. Kata Kunci: Pengaturan, Pengendalian, Bentuk Kebijakan, Covid 19 ABSTRACT The objectives to be obtained are to find out and understand the control and prevention arrangements for Covid 19 in Bali Province and understand the form of Covid 19 control and prevention policies in Bali Province. The research method used is a type of normative legal research. The result of this study is that the regulation for controlling COVID-19 in Bali is regulated in the Governor of Bali Province Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the New Order of Life. The form of the Covid-19 control policy in Bali is in the form of a governor's regulation, an appeal letter from the Governor of Bali and a circular letter from the Governor of Bali.
