Abstract

Abstrak Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis travel pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang berpergian mengunakan travel. Hal ini mendorong perusahaan jasa travel untuk menetapkan strategi untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Salah satu strategi dalam keunggulan bersaing adalah diferensiasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisi pengaruh diferensi pelayanan dan citra terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 110 sampel digunakan dalam studi ini pada penumpang Travel RAMA Trans di Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh diferensi pelayanan dan citra secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Diferensiasi dapat menjadi pilihan strategi bersaing yang digunakan oleh usaha jasa travel. Perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut pada aspek harga sebagai variabel yang memoderasi kekuatan pengaruh diferensiasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing.   Kata kunci: Diferensi, Pelayanan, Citra, Keunggulan Bersaing, Strategi

Abstract

Today's community economic needs are getting bigger, costs in the food, education and transportation sectors are becoming increasingly uncertain, not to mention the eternal enemy of the financial sector, namely inflation, which is a scourge in itself for people's finances, so that even if you keep money under the bed or in the bank, inflation will continues to haunt and eat up the value of our money, like how many decades ago, with one hundred thousand dollars worth of money, a woman at the market could buy many variations of vegetables with a large stock and enough for one week, but now with the value of that money she can only buy 1 type of food and enough for 1 meal in the family. So this community service aims to share knowledge with the public that investing in stock market can be an option for the community to reduce inflation and also become an asset in the future.

Abstract

Abstract

The American President's policy of implementing high import tariffs for countries in the world has created panic among entrepreneurs, so they have to think about how to survive the high tariffs surge. Companies must be able to devise the right strategy so that their business can survive. So, to remain resilient in the current economic and business conditions, companies have to buy raw materials from Tiongkok at relatively cheap prices, but it is difficult for Indonesian companies to collaborate, both in the form of purchasing production materials, making sales and looking for investors, plus the large number of Chinese companies that invest in Indonesia require employees who master Mandarin. This community service aims to provide Mandarin language skills for Fresh Graduates, enabling them to pursue a career in international companies, especially from Tiongkok. The method used is to provide training and mentoring. To overcome the problems faced by companies who want to open cooperation with investors and clients from Tiongkok. This skills improvement training for prospective employees is the right solution to the problems faced by job seekers and companies. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is to make fresh graduates able to speak Mandarin and have a career in international companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Price Cash Flor Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size on Stock Returns in Banking Companies listed on the IDX. The data in this study is secondary data which includes stock price data, earnings per share, operating cash flow, number of outstanding shares, cash flow per share, asset sales, total assets and stock prices of 9 banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. . The sample in this study amounted to 47 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the data were analyzed using multiple regression with the results showing that simultaneously Price Earning Ratio, Price Cash Flow Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size had a significant effect on Stock Return with an R Square value of 27.7%. Meanwhile, partially shows that the variable Price Earning Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size does not have a significant effect and for the variable Price Cash Flow Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Return.
