Abstract

ABSTRAKKota Kendari sebagai Ibukota Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara memiliki banyak masyarakat yang minatnya terhadapkesenian terbilang tinggi. Perkembangan seni di Kota Kendari tidak pernah surut, terbukti dari banyaknya komunitaskesenian yang ada. Namun, kurangnya tempat yang memadai untuk memfasilitasi kesenian di Kota Kendari. PerancanganGaleri Seni di Kota Kendari bertujuan untuk tempat yang memfasilitasi kegiatan kesenian yang ada. Perancangan GaleriSeni di Kota Kendari menggunakan pendekatan Arsitektur Neo Vernakuler Tolaki melihat dari banyaknya adat dan sukudaerah, maka perancangan ditekankan pada Arsitektur Neo Vernakuler daerah Tolaki yang ada di provinsi SulawesiTenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik pengumpulan data dan teknik analisis. Data primer yang disajikanyaitu data data yang di observasi langsung seperti data data kesenian yang ada di Kota Kendari dan data tapak. Datasekunder yang disajikan yaitu data secara tidak langsung seperti data yang di dapat dari berdasarkan teori dan studiliterature, buku, jurnal, artikel, seperti teori pendekatan Arsitektur Neo Vernakuler. Adapun Teknik analisis yang dilakukanyaitu, teknik analisis dekskritif berupaya mencatat, menganalisa, serta menginterprestasikan aspek perencanaan bangunangaleri seni dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Neo Vernakuler. Adapun kesimpulan yang dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanamenerapkan elemen-elemen arsitektur Neo Vernakuler Tolaki Pada Bangunan, penerapan teknologi pada bangunan sepertikonstruksi yang digunakan, penerapan tatanan massa bangunan yang sesuai dengan kaidah Arsitektur Neo VernakulerTolaki. Diharapkan dengan adanya perencanaan bangunan Galeri Seni dapat menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat Kota Kendaridalam menambah wawasan tentang kesenian daerah khususnya Seni Lukis dan Seni Patung.Kata Kunci: Galeri Seni, Kota Kendari, Arsitektur Neo VernakulerABSTRACTKendari City as the Capital of Southeast Sulawesi Province has many people whose interest in the arts is fairly high.The development of art in Kendari City has never subsided, as evidenced by the many existing art communities. However,the lack of adequate places to facilitate the arts in Kendari City. The design of the Art Gallery in Kendari City aims to be aplace that facilitates existing artistic activities. The design of the Art Gallery in Kendari City uses the Neo VernacularTolaki Architecture approach. Seeing from the many regional customs and ethnicities, the design emphasizes the NeoVernacular Architecture of the Tolaki area in the province of Southeast Sulawesi. This research uses data collectiontechniques and analysis techniques. The primary data presented is data that is directly observed, such as data on art inKendari City and site data. The secondary data presented is indirect data such as data obtained from theory and literaturestudies, books, journals, articles, such as the theory of the Neo Vernacular Architecture approach. The analysis techniqueused is descriptive analysis technique which attempts to record, analyze, and interpret the planning aspects of the artgallery building with the Neo Vernacular Architecture approach. The conclusions from this research are how to apply theelements of Neo Vernacular Tolaki architecture in buildings, the application of technology in buildings such as theconstruction used, the application of building mass arrangements in accordance with the rules of Tolaki Neo VernacularArchitecture. It is hoped that with the planning of the Art Gallery building, it can be a forum for the people of Kendari Cityto add insight into regional arts, especially Painting and Sculpture.Keywords: Art Gallery, Kendari City, Neo Vernacular Architecture

Abstract

Listening and oral communication are fundamental competencies for elementary school students; however, in classroom practice many pupils still struggle to understand texts in depth, partly due to the limited variety of instructional strategies that can accommodate differences in students’ abilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing remedial and enrichment instruments using the narrative text “Ketulusan” as an effort to improve listening and oral communication skills among sixth-grade students at SD Wonoplembon 02. The research employed a mixed-methods approach with an Explanatory Sequential design, beginning with in-depth qualitative exploration followed by quantitative data collection. The findings show a significant improvement in listening skills, with an average enrichment score of 88.14, as well as an increase in oral communication skills, with an average score of 85.76. These results indicate that the use of narrative texts and a differentiated learning approach through a remedial–enrichment scheme effectively helps students understand story content and retell information in a coherent and clear manner. Accordingly, the instrument is proven effective in enhancing the two language competence aspects that constitute the focus of this study and reinforces the importance of implementing instructional strategies that are adaptive to students’ diverse abilities in Bahasa Indonesia learning at the elementary school level.
