Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Sofia Jakarta. Perangkat ilmiah yang digunakan adalah relapse yang berbeda, untuk uji spekulasi menggunakan uji 1 dengan contoh 100 responden. Mengumpulkan informasi melalui polling dengan menggunakan ukuran Likert dari 5 (lima) tanggapan elektif. Prosedur pemeriksaannya adalah pemeriksaan non-kemungkinan dengan strategi pemilihan informasi pengujian purposive. Model inspeksi purposive adalah responden yang sudah 2 (dua) kali berkunjung ke Sofia tanpa henti. Prosedur pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan uji praduga gaya lama (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, dan Uji Linieritas) dengan menggunakan program SPSS varian 20. Konsekuensi dari penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kualitas administrasi pada dasarnya mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen dan pemenuhan administrasi secara keseluruhan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Sedangkan akibat dari uji f menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat besar antara faktor kualitas barang, kualitas administrasi, dan kemajuan sekaligus terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Restoran Sofia Jakarta.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of online services using Artificial Intelligence (AI) created to build a concept of smart city based on E-Government. The focus of this research is to answer the question: Is the implementation of smart city effective in improving the quality of public services? The impact of smart city implementation on the development of public services is also discussed. The results of this research show that governments in the Asian region are increasingly utilizing AI for ubiquitous connectivity, and a range of other technologies to help solve the most pressing urban issues, ranging from population growth and congestion to environmental sustainability as well as improving administrative effectiveness. The use of chatbots is also utilized by the governments in Asia to assist conversations with AI technologies in managing service issues. These findings shed light on an important theoretical foundation focused on human-computer interaction and clarify the benefits of using AI technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to produce: 1) a description of the quality of fiqh questions, 2) a description of students' abilities in working on fiqh questions, 3) a map of the level of difficulty of questions with students' abilities in working on fiqh questions at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Surakarta. This study is an evaluation study, the components evaluated are students' abilities and the quality of the questions. The subjects of the study were 332 respondents of class XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Surakarta. Data were collected using documentation techniques based on responses to final exam questions for the 2022/2023 school year in the subject of fiqh. Data analysis used the Rasch Model Theory approach with the Winstep program. The results of the study showed that 1) the inaccurate questions were items S5, S6 because they were very easy, items S12, S14, S15, S19 were detected as biased items. 2) The ability of the test participants has variations and varieties as follows: 53 students with very high abilities (16%), 12 students with high abilities (4%), 222 students with low abilities (67%) and 45 students with very low abilities (14%). 3) The level of student ability (average logit 0.06) is above the level of difficulty of the questions (average logit -0.36) meaning that in general the students' abilities exceed the level of difficulty of the questions. The results of the study recommend that valid and reliable questions can be included in the question bank while questions that are inaccurate and contain bias can be further improved.

Abstract

In making an investment, it is necessary to carry out an investment feasibility test to assess the feasibility of the investment plan to be carried out. This study aims to examine the investment feasibility of replacing truck boxes with a larger capacity for distribution transportation at CV Jaya Proteindo. In the case of CV Jaya Proteindo, the method used to test the feasibility of investing in replacing a vehicle whose economic life is almost exhausted is using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) methods as well as the calculation of benefits or profits. in distribution using the vehicle to be invested. Based on the results of the research conducted, the replacement of vehicles at CV Jaya Proteindo using either 2 Mitsubishi L300 units or 1 Mitsubishi FE 74S unit was declared feasible, because it provided results that met the eligibility criteria of the methods tested.. Both types of vehicles generate an NPV value of ≥ 0, a short Payback Period or 2 months, and an IRR greater than the interest rate of 4.75%. Then a calculation of the benefits or advantages of both types of vehicles is carried out and it is obtained that the Mitsubishi FE 74S has a higher annual cash flow and lower annual distribution costs. Therefore, it is concluded that the investment solution in CV Jaya Proteindo is the replacement of distribution vehicles using 1 unit of Mitsubishi FE 74S which is declared feasible and more financially profitable with a greater cash flow of Rp82,445,000.00 per year and smaller distribution costs of Rp31,548,854.17 per year when compared to the use of 2 units of Mitsubishi L300.

Abstract

Abstrak—Listrik dapat mempermudah aktivitas masyarakat, namun jika tidak digunakan dengan hati-hati dapat menimbulkan kerugian. Masyarakat harus lebih memperhatikan pasokan listrik dan kebutuhan listrik dengan cara menghemat penggunaan listrik. Di lingkungan masyarakat listrik merupakan salah satu konsumen terbesar dan juga permasalahan terbesar, penggunaan listrik ini menggambarkan aktivitas masyarakat di tempat tinggal. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas tentang sistem penjadwalan perangkat listrik. Penjadwalan perangkat listrik dilakukan dengan cara melakukan optimasi perangkat listrik dalam satu ruangan. Dengan adanya optimasi dapat membuat waktu penggunaan perangkat listrik yang dipakai berkurang. Dengan adanya penjadwalan dapat membatasi waktu penggunaan perangkat listrik. Dalam sistem penjadwalan perangkat listrik, tingkat efisiensi sebuah algoritma optimasi dalam ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization dan sebagai tempat penyimpanan data pengguna digunakan database. Nilai fitness terbaik terdapat pada iterasi ke-2 dengan nilai 88.545,663 dimana nilai ini sudah convergen, cara memperoleh nilai tersebut dengan cara menguji nilai fitness terbaik yang didapatkan dari nilai fitness sebelumnya. Pada saat melakukan pengujian fungsionalitas web (pengujian alpha) didapatkan nilai sebesar 100% yang dimana menunjukan sistem ini berjalan sesuai aturan yang sudah dirancang dengan baik.Keywords— algoritma particle swarm optimization, perangkat listrik, penjadwalan, website.
