Abstract

Mathematical communication ability is important to communicate ideas and improve students' understanding. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of SAVI learning with elaborating feedback towards the students' achievement of mathematical communication abilities; and to describe how to students' achievement of mathematical communication abilities with elaborated feedback. The population of this study is 7th-grade students in one of the junior high schools in the city of Semarang year 2018/2019. Sampling by simple random sampling techniques and subject selection with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that SAVI learning with elaborated feedback is effective in the students' achievement of mathematical communication abilities. Description of students' mathematical communication abilities, namely (a) high group subject have mastered four indicators of mathematical communication; (b) medium group subject have mastered three indicators of mathematical communication, and (c) the low group subject have mastered 2 and 3 indicators of mathematical communication.

Abstract

Occupation as a traditional diver has a very high risk of danger. The risk of working on a dive varies greatly depending on the type of dive being carried out. Perceived disorders include dizziness, bleeding, deafness, joint pain and excessive fatigue. The study aim to determine the relationship of knowledge with hearing loss due to diving in traditional divers in the Bugis village of Tanjung Pinang. The method used quantitative research with correlation design by means of consecutive sampling and sample size of 38 people. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that there was a relationship of knowledge with hearing loss due to traditional dives with a p value of 0.046 (P <0.05), because diving activities were not equipped with knowledge about diving which had a long-term effect on the physiology of the human body such as hearing loss (Deafness) to divers. So that in the future traditional divers need to be given knowledge related to how to dive and the risks of traditional diving.Keywords: Knowledge, Divers, Hearing Loss

Abstract

Currently, competition among financial institutions is becoming stronger in completing business activities; each financial company is doing everything they can to maintain their business presence in the eyes of the public by attracting buyers' attention and striving as much as possible. It is hoped that they can further develop administration to buyers. In this condition, the showcase area has a good relationship with human resources that become agents of promotional activities. Advertising in completing work in sharia financial institutions will determine the focus of achievements that must be made. The purpose of this research is to find out the achievement of marketing lending targets from the perspective of Islamic business economics present at BMT Assyafi’yah Berkah Nasional Pekalongan. This type of research is a field study that uses a subjective inquiry strategy. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The means of information investigation are information search, information disclosure, and objectives and confirmation. The final results of this research show that the behavior of workers in achieving advertising focus at BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Pekalongan has been implemented and is in accordance with the 4P methodology, namely: product technique, cost procedure, place system, and progress system. Meanwhile, representative behavior in achieving display targets is in accordance with Islamic business ethics which consists of 5 standards, namely obligation, fairness, unity, unlimited choice, and balance

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang interaktif, yang membantu pengambil keputusan melalui penggunaan data dan model-model keputusan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sifatnya semi terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur. Seperti saat ini calon pembeli merasa bingung dengan tipe rumah yang bermacam-macam membuat calon pembeli rumah kesulitan menentukan pilihan yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan perekomian meraka. Selain itu calon pembeli tidak memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendatangi satu persatu rumah yang akan dijual. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem ini adalah mempermudah atau membantu calon pembeli untuk menentukan pilihannya dalam membeli rumah sesuai dengan kriteria dan bugdet mereka, maka dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Rumah menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Weigthted Product adalah metode penyelesaian dengan menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai atribut, dimana nilai harus dipangkatkan terlebih dahulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan. Metode Weighted Product (WP) merupakan bagian dari konsep Multi-Attribut Decision Making (MADM) dimana diperlukan normalisasi pada perhitungannya. Dengan metode Weighted Product ini penulis membuat sebuah sistem yang diharapkan nantinya dapat membantu masyakat mengambil keputusan dalam memilih rumah.
