Abstract

Selecting and using appropriate learning media certainly has an effect on the quality of learning and students’ learning outcomes. This research started from the reality at SD Negri 101919 Kuala Namu that teachers had not used the right learning media as a tool in explaining plane figure material, low students’ learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, difficulty understanding math lessons, lack of using learning media in explaining math subject matter. The objective of the research was to find out whether there was an effect of using geoboard learning media on students’ learning outcomes on the the plane figure circumference and area of grade III elementary school. This type of research was quantitative research with Quasi Experiment Research Type with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study is all grade III students of SD Negeri101919 Kuala Namu with a total of 36 students. The sampling technique used in this research was the simple random sampling technique, while the sample in this research was class III A which amounted to 18 students as an experimental class and class III B which amounted to 18 students as a control class. The instrument used in the research was a multiple-choice form test. The data analysis technique used was a t-test that as preceded by a prerequisite test of analysis using a normality test and a homogeneity test. The prettest average score for the experimental class was 64,77 and the perettest of the control class learning outcomes was 50,05. Then the two classes were given different treatments, so the average posttest grade of experimental class learning outcomes was 85 and the control class was 75,05. Hypothesis testing was done with the t test. From the results of calculations obtained tcount > ttable (2,9 > 2,02). It can be seen that tcount > ttable, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So the results of this research conclusion that the results of students’ learning mathematics who used geoboard learning media were higher than the results of students’ learning mathematics who used conventional learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an assessment instrument for creative creative thinking in Civics subjects integrated with character education values, Knowing the feasibility of an assessment instrument for creative thinking, Knowing the quality of an assessment instrument for creative thinking in Civics subjects integrated with character education values ??for grade IV SD. Creative thinking ability There is no assessment instrument to assess students' creative thinking. This is because students are not trained in working on questions that measure creative thinking skills and assessment instruments specifically designed to train creative thinking skills are not yet available, so the development of creative thinking assessment instruments is needed. This type of research is Research And Development (R&D). using the Borg and Gall development steps adopted by Sugiono. The research steps used by researchers only reached the seventh stage, namely: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing and product revision. This research was carried out at SDN 066668 Medan Johor on August 26, 2021. Based on product validation by three expert lecturers and 1 elementary school educator, an assessment instrument for creative thinking was produced in Civics subjects integrated with character education values ??for grade IV SD which was feasible to use. The percentage of eligibility for each validator is 84.61% feasibility assessment, 88.45% material feasibility and 86.10% language eligibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 102019 Firdaus pada materi keliling persegi dan persegi panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode pengembangan (R&D) versi ADDIE. Tahap-tahap tersebut meliputi: a) tahap analisis, b) tahap desain, c) tahap development, d) tahap implementasi, e) tahap evaluasi. Subyek penilaian produk untuk kelayakan media pembelajaran terbatas 2 ahli yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi. Sasaran uji coba produk adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 102019 Firdaus yang berjumlah 10 siswa. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh skor secara keseluruhan sebanyak 61 dengan persentase sebesar 82% termasuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor secara keseluruhan sebanyak 43 dengan persentase sebesar 83,75% termasuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”.sedangkan hasil dari responden siswa diperoleh skor sevara keseluruhan sebanyak 496 dengan persentase sebesar 90,42% termasuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media powerpoint fitur hyperlink terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bangun datar kelas III SD Negeri 101771 Tembung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Negeri 101771 Tembung sebanyak 58 siswa dan sampelnya sebanyak 24 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji “t”. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: hasil pengujian uji “t” terhadap hasil belajar posttest kedua kelompok diperoleh thitung = 3,707 sedangkan ttabel dengan dk 22 (12+12-2) pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 2,074. Dengan demikian thitung > ttabel (3,707 > 2,074) yang berarti hipotesis kerja (Ha) dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh pengaruh media powerpoint fitur hyperlink terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bangun datar kelas III SD Negeri 101771 Tembung.
