Abstract

Abstract--The purpose of this study is to determine the application of e-filing as a means of increasing legal awareness for taxpayers, especially individuals and to find out the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing e-filing for the Madiun area. In this study, the researcher used empirical methods, namely data obtained directly through field research with primary data sources, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources and data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, document studies to informants using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-filing at the Pelayanan Pajak Pratama (KPPP) Madiun Office is going well and has increased almost every year, with many benefits that make it easier for KPP and taxpayers, especially during this pandemic, although there are some shortcomings, especially in terms of socialization about e-filing and the down system that occurs in its implementation. However, the other stages and contents have been carried out well, especially in the implementation of e-filing. There are 2 (two) benefits in this research, namely practical and theoretical, practically to develop legal knowledge and add references for readers, theoretically in KPPP Madiun can be used as input in order to increase the application of e-filing in mandatory legal awareness taxes to be a good and practical solution in reporting the Annual SPT. Keywords: e-filing, Taxpayer, Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Madiun.

Abstract

To be able to understand the understanding of childhood itself can be seen from various aspects of life so that it approaches the correct meaning, namely religious, economic, sociological, and legal aspects. Therefore, we want to focus on the implementation of the role of Social Service and the Empowerment of Women and Children of Tulungagung Regency Number 23 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Women and Children Protection. The normative legal research method is one of the approaches used in legal research to analyze applicable legal regulations. This method focuses on analyzing legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, and other legal documents. Normative legal research methods make an important contribution to understanding and analyzing applicable legal regulations. This approach helps in building a solid legal argument, providing a deeper understanding of the existing legal framework. the role of Social Services and Women Children Empowerment and Women Children Empowerment and Women and Children Empowerment in this context: 1. Policy formulation: 2. Program coordination and implementation 3. Supervision and monitoring: 4. Service and assistance. 5. Education and socialization: The Social Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection only makes efforts to resolve reported cases of violations of children's rights 2) its role as a concept that the Social Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of child victims of violence has run quite well by meeting existing standard operating procedures.

Abstract

Engagement media sosial dalam promosi konten film Tilik (2018) yang menjadi viral tidak hanya mampu mendorong konten pilarnya, namun juga banyak perbincangan yang membahas pro kontra dan pesan film tersebut. Engagement merupakan interaksi yang diharapkan oleh pemilik konten ke netizen, dengan adanya keterlibatan netizen terhadap engagement suatu hal dapat bisa dibuat viral secara mudah di media sosial. Tujuan Engagement dalam film Tilik (2018) tentunya untuk mendorong tayangan film pendek Tilik (2018) yang di YouTube menjadi tinggi, sedangkan banyak pelaku media sosial yang ingin mempromosikan suatu film di media sosial sekarang justru sulit berhasil menjadi viral. Dalam analisa ini untuk dapat menjawab strategi ideal mempromosikan film di media sosial.
