Abstract

Penulisan Skripsi ini ditulis dengan maksudkan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai masalah Pelaksanaan Peraturan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Salatiga. Peneliti menemukan permasalahan mengenai ketaatan pegawai terhadap tata tertib terutama pada jam masuk dan jam pulang kantor, masalah kejujuran pegawai, kepatuhan terhadap instruksi atasan dan kepatuhan pegawai terhadap peraturan yang dibuat di kantor Camat Salatiga. Beberapa hal tersebut menjadi topik utama penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian Pegawai di Kantor Camat Salatiga serta masyarakat selaku subjek yang netral dalam menilai kedisiplinan pegawai di kantor Camat Salatiga Kabupaten Sambas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, pelaksanaan peraturan disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Salatiga, belum terlaksana dengan baik terutama tentang ketaatan pegawai terhadap tata tertib jam kerja kantor dan belum patuhnya pegawai kepada peraturan pemerintah Kabupaten Sambas yang dibuat sebagai pedoman untuk bekeja. Hal ini terjadi akibat kurangnya pengawasan pimpinan, namun yang utama adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan kejujuran dalam diri pegawai itu sendiri untuk menjalankan tanggung jawabnya sebagai Pegawai yang harus melaksanakan peraturan guna membiasakan sikap disiplin. Kata kunci: Pelaksanaan, Peraturan, Disiplin, Pegawai, dan Kepatuhan. ABSTRACT Sa’diyah : The Implementation Of Discipline Regulations For The Employees Of The Salatiga District Office In Sambas Regency. A Thesis. Pontianak : Government Administration Study Program of Social and Political of Tanjungpura University. The writing of this thesis is intended to provide an understanding of the problem of Employee Work Discipline in the Salatiga District Office. The researcher found problems regarding employee obedience to the order, especially at the time of admission and return from the office, the issue of employee honesty, compliance with supervisor instructions and employee compliance with regulations in the Salatiga District Office. Some of these issues have become the main topics of research conducted by researchers. This study used qualitative research methods. The research subjects were employees at the Salatiga District Office and the community as neutral subject in assessing employees discipline at the Salatiga District Office In Sambas Regency. The result of this study indicate that the implementations of employees work discipline regulations in the Salatiga District Office has not been carried out properly, especially regarding employees’ obedience to office working hours and that employees have not complied with Sambas Regency government regulations that were conceived as guidelines for work. This happens due to the lack of supervisory leadership, but the principal consideration was the lack of awareness and honesty in the employee himself to carry out his responsibilities as an employee who must implement the rules to familiarize discipline.
