Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keandalan fasilitas peralatan unit Avsec di Security Check Point 2 dalam mendeteksi dan mengatasi ancaman keamanan penerbangan, serta sejauh mana kesiapan dan pemeliharaan peralatan untuk memastikan operasional yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder sebagai sumber data. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, Teknik, dan waktu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di unit Aviation Security (Avsec) Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2023 sampai dengan 30 September 2023. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa fasilitas peralatan Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung cukup memadai. Dalam dua bulan proses pengecekan berlangsung, dengan fasilitas peralatan yaitu 2 (dua) mesin X-Ray, 2 (dua) WTMD (Walk Through Metal Detector) dan 2 (dua) HHMD (Hand Held Metal Detector) sudah cukup andal dalam melakukan proses pengecekan, risiko terhadap kegagalan sistem diminimalkan sehingga proses pengecekan berjalan dengan efisien dan efektif. Kesiapan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas peralatan di SCP 2 Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung dilakukan pengkalibrasian setiap satu tahun sekali dengan mengumpulkan data dalam buku Daily Check mingguan hingga bulanan, dilihat dan dipantau perkembangannya lalu di akumulasikan data tersebut dengan menyimpulkan hasilnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kualitas layanan dan manajemen waktu dalam penanganan bagasi terhadap kepuasan penumpang, khususnya di Maskapai Citilink di Bandar Udara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Permasalahan yang diteliti ini adalah apakah manajemen waktu dan kualitas layanan bagasi berpengaruh pada kepuasan penumpang. Objek penelitian ini adalah penumpang Citilink di bandara, dengan fokus pada dua variabel independen: manajemen waktu ( ) dan kualitas layanan bagasi ( ), serta variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan penumpang (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kedua variabel independen tersebut mempengaruhi kepuasan penumpang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 100 responden yang datanya dianalisis menggunakan IBM Statistik SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu dan kualitas layanan bagasi memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Koefisien regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu ( = 0,430) memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada kualitas layanan bagasi ( = 0,274). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen waktu yang lebih baik dan penanganan bagasi yang efisien dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas penumpang kepada maskapai penerbangan

Abstract

Aviation Security is aviation security personnel who already have a license who are assigned the task of inspecting passengers and passenger luggage to support flight security and safety. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of Aviation Security personnel, work processes must be in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The purpose of this research is to find out the Aviation Security work process, what obstacles Aviation Security personnel experience, and how Aviation Security personnel handle problems with passengers and passenger luggage at Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport. This research is a qualitative type research, the data collection methods in this research are interviews, documentation, observation, library research, and research that takes place at Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport from 1 October to 30 November 2022. The results of this study are that all Aviation Security work processes at Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport in accordance with their rank have been carried out properly in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), but there are still several inhibiting factors including the X-ray machine, the monitor screen has an error, and the shortage of Aviation Security personnel, which has become an obstacle to checking passengers and their luggage. Abstract

In this study, the authors took a case or problem regarding whether there is an influence of departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura I El Tari International Airport Branch Kupang, how much influence the departure waiting room facilities have on passenger satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura I El Tari International Airport Branch Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The sample in this study were 100 passenger respondents who had used the services of El Tari Kupang International Airport. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the significance value of the coefficient table obtained a Sig. deviation from linearity value of 0.615>0.005 and based on the t value, it is known that t count is 11.313> t table of 1.660, meaning that there is an influence between variable X (departure lounge facilities) on variable Y (passenger satisfaction). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence between departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The effect of departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport is 56.6%. Keywords : facilities, departure waiting room, passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Mopah Airport Merauke is one of the airports located in the city of Merauke, South Papua, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out whether ticket prices affect passenger loyalty, and how much ticket prices affect passenger loyalty at Mopah Airport Merauke. This research uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at Mopah Airport Merauke where the passengers or people in the city of Merauke were the objects of this research. The source of the data used in this study was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to passenger respondents at Mopah Airport Merauke. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The results of the study were concluded to answer the formulation of the problem, that: 1. The ticket price variable (X) has an effect on passenger loyalty (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value on the ticket price influence variable (X) which is greater than T table, namely 3,580 > 1,660 with a Sig value . smaller than the probability value, namely 0.01 <0.05; 2. Ticket prices (X) have an effect on Passenger Loyalty (Y) of 0.116, it is known from the R Square value, which means that the X variable affects the Y variable by 11.6%.. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pendapatan, harga dan gender berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket maskapai. Adapun maskapai yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah maskapai Garuda Indonesia, Citilink, Batik Air, Air Asia dan Lion Air, yang kelima maskapai tersebut tercatat dalam 5 Top Brand Maskapai di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada penumpang yang telah menggunakan lima maskapai tersebut untuk melakukan perjalanan udaranya. Data yang telah didapat kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Adapun pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software SPPS versi 25. Uji asumsi klasik dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket maskapai. Begitu juga harga menunjukkan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket maskapai. Adapun untuk variabel gender mempunyai hasil yang berbeda yang menujukkan bahwa variabel gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket maskapai. Adapun pengaruh pendapatan dan harga tiket terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket maskapai sebesar 73,7% dan sisanya sebesar 27,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagi Maskapai penerbangan khususnya 5 Top Brand Maskapai di Indonesia untuk menetapkan harga dan menentukan strategi promosi/pemasaran yang tepat yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat pendapatan konsumen. Selain itu bisa membuka wacana bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk meneliti faktor-faktor lain selain tingkat pendapatan, harga dan gender yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tiket Maskapai di Indonesia, sehingga bisa menunjukkan hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
