Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence J&T Express brand loyalty in Boyolali. The population in this study are users or people who have used J&T Express services and the sample used is 140 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. This research was conducted in Boyolali, using a questionnaire as data collection which was distributed to 140 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, using of the statistical tool SPSS version 23. The results of the study reveal that brand trust and brand satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty while the brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital yang semakin pesat perlu dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM lokal agar mampu bersaing. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada UMKM CV. Mebel Murah Banget di Sukoharjo yang difokuskan dengan pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pemilik usaha untuk memaksimalkan media social seperti Instagram, Facebook dan Whatsapp Business serta pembuatan konten produk agar lebih menarik. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian dosen dan mahasiswa STIE Surakarta. Metode yang dilakukan berupa observasi, diskusi, implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Ditemukan bahwa CV. MMB belum memaksimalkan media sosial secara tepat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work stress and employee workload at PT Samudra Sinergi Jaya.Determination of the sample using the saturated sample method, out of 35 populations used for the sample of 24 respondents. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection method uses the distribution of questionnaires and the data analysis method uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The test results show that partially the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work stress and workload have a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of PT Samudra Sinergi Jaya employees. From the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work stress and workload have an influence of 73.4% and the remaining 26.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Financial reports are a communication tool for a company or parties that need the financial report. The parties that need it are usually called internal parties and external parties. In this case, the financial report has financial accounting standards. The financial standardization of entities without public accountability (SAK ETAP) is a financial standard used by companies that are entities without public accountability such as PT Damai Gadai. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of SAK ETAP to the financial statements of PT Damai Gadai. This study uses a descriptive method, to determine the application of PT Damai Gadai's financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP. Descriptive method, to determine the comparison of PT Damai Gadai's financial statements with reports based on SAK ETAP. The steps taken to obtain PT Damai Gadai's financial report data by conducting observations of data collection, then conducting analysis, and conducting interviews. The results of this study indicate that PT Damai Gadai's financial statements have not implemented financial statements according to SAK ETAP standards. This is due to the limited knowledge they have.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen yakni keinginan dari perusahaan untuk bisa memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggannya, karena hal itu menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan untuk memuaskan kebutuhkan pelanggannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan keunggulan dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat membuktikan dan memahami bagaimana pengaruh dari kemudahan, persepsi manfaat serta promosi terhadap kepuasan dari konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan google form. Adapun populasi dan sampel menggunakan masyarakat kota Surakarta yang menggunakan dompet digital OVO. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil penelitian kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif signfikan atas kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Technological advances in Indonesia are so rapidly developing in human life that it cannot be separated from the use of technology in the midst of global competitors. In the increase in cashless e-wallet transactions for online payments, its application has increased dramatically around the world. DANA introduces its users to payments through digital wallets and non-cash and non-card transactions, making it easier for users. The DANA digital wallet concept is different from other digital wallets that are already present in the Indonesian market, namely with the open platform concept. This study aims to determine the effect of data convenience, service features, and customer trust on asking to use e-wallets in the DANA application. The population in this study were all e-wallet users in East Java. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results obtained Ease of Data does not have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Partial test results obtained Service Features and Customer Trust have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Comprehensive results obtained Ease of Data, Service Features, and Trust have a simultaneous effect on Interest in Use.
