Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 (44 dosen dan 34 karyawan pendukung akademik) yang bekerja di Universitas X. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan Skala Work-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF) oleh Bakker (2008) dan OCB oleh Organ (2006) yang diadaptasi dari Liman (2018). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik.

Abstract

Organizational welfare is a topic that is currently being researched and developed due to its impact on individuals and organizations in efforts to improve performance. This study aims to test the psychometric construct of the Organizational Welfare measurement tool in the context of higher education, developed by researchers based on the theory of Prilleltensky & Prilleltensky (2006). The sample consists of 432 participants, comprising lecturers and employees of private universities in Jakarta (50% lecturers and 50% employees). The Organizational Welfare measurement tool consists of 64 items that measure three dimensions: Effective Environment, Reflective Environment, and Affective Environment. Data analysis was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis with Lisrel 8.8 software, and internal consistency was tested using Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that the three dimensions of the Organizational Welfare measurement tool had a fit model (meeting the model suitability criteria as per Hu & Bentler, 1999) and Cronbach's alpha coefficients ranging from 0.88 to 0.92. In total, 63 items were found to be valid, while 1 item was invalid due to having a t-value of less than 1.96.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan menjadi tantangan bagi individu dengan pendapatan terbatas, termasuk petugas layanan kebersihan, dimana sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai pengaturan pos pengeluaran dan strategi menabung mendorong munculnya perilaku untuk berhutang sebagai solusi jangka pendek. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih rendahnya pemahaman petugas layanan keberishan dalam mengelola keuangan yang benar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan petugas layanan kebersihan agar mampu mengelola pendapatan secara bijak dan tepat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan edukasi terkait perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan pengeluaran, pemilihan investasi sederhana, serta pembentukan gaya hidup yang bijaksana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya perencanaan keuangan dan mengelola keuangan sederhana, serta memahami untuk memprioritaskan kebutuhan dibandingkan keinginan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong terbentuknya perilaku mengelola keuangan yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan, baik bagi peserta maupun lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital startups in Greater Jakarta has intensified the need for effective human resource strategies that support both employee well-being and organizational performance. This study aims to examine the relationships between work–life balance, employee well-being, and organizational performance using a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 150 employees working in digital startup environments through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including descriptive statistics, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that work–life balance has a significant positive effect on employee well-being, while both work–life balance and employee well-being significantly influence organizational performance. Employee well-being also acts as an important mechanism that strengthens organizational outcomes by enhancing motivation, emotional stability, and engagement. The findings highlight the strategic role of flexible work practices and supportive organizational culture in sustaining productivity within fast-paced digital startup contexts. This study contributes to the organizational behavior literature by providing empirical evidence from emerging digital economies and offers practical insights for startup leaders in designing human-centered workplace policies that promote sustainable performance.
