Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on overall teacher performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this study were teachers at SMK Bhina Tunas Bakti Juwana, totaling 111 people and all of them were used as samples. Data processing techniques with SPSS 17.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The Sobel test found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior can adjust the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This proves that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an intermediary variable for the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Keywords: Organizational commitment, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Teacher performance ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja pada kinerja guru secara keseluruhan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Bhina Tunas Bakti Juwana yang berjumlah 111 orang dan dijadikan sampel semua. Teknik pengolahan data dengan SPSS 17.0. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Uji Sobel menemukan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat menyesuaikan dampak komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan variabel perentara pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Guru
