Abstract

The Effect Of The Complexity Of The Duty Of Covid 19 Handling And The Work Professionalism e Of Members On Police Performance In Law Enforcement In The Time Of Handling Covid 19 At Polres Katingan, Under The Guidance Of Lanny Purnama Kosasi And H. M .Zaid Abdurakhman, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the complexity of the workload and professionalism of members simultaneously on the performance of the police, to determine and analyze the effect of the complexity of the workload and the professionalism of members partially on the performance of the police and to determine and analyze between the variables of the complexity of the task load and work professionalism. members who have a dominant influence on the performance of the police in law enforcement during the handling of Covid 19 at the Katingan Police Station, Central Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were members of the police force at the Katingan Police Station, Central Kalimantan Province, amounting to 290 people and the sample in this study was 74 respondents. The data processing technique uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis through SPSS. The results of the first hypothesis research that the complexity of the task load and the professionalism of members have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the police, the results of the second hypothesis that the variable complexity of the task load and the professionalism of the members have a significant effect on the performance of the police have a significant effect on the performance of the police. on the performance of the police in law enforcement during the handling of covid 19 at the Katingan Police, Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. To determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. To determine the variables of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation that have a dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. The data analysis method uses a quantitative method , this type of research is included in the type of explanatory research, science can be classified as a type of causal research, namely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of a cause-effect relationship between several concepts or several variables. The results of the study show that Servant Leadership has a partial significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. Culture Organization partially has a significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable (OCB). Compensation partially has a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. Variables that have an effect dominant towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is variable Servant Leadership. This means that the better the implementation of servant leadership in the organization by the leaders, the better the tendency for the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior by employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of green marketing campaigns and brand ambassadors on product purchasing decisions for The Body Shop users. This type of research is quantitative and carried out using a survey method. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The respondents in this research were students in the Jabodetabek area. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS version 23. The research results show that the Green Marketing Campaign has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the use of Brand Ambassadors does not have a significant influence and is not the main factor in influencing purchasing decisions made by consumers.

Abstract

Saat ini persaingan bisnis semakin ketat sehingga mendorong setiap perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi yang baik agar lebih unggul dan mampu bersaing dengan para competitor atau paling tidak hanya untuk bertahan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Keberhasilan suatu usaha tergantung dari mengimplementasikan sebuah strategi dalam membaca kondisi internal maupun eksternal sehingga dapat mengetahui apa saja kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sendiri maupun competitor. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh beberapa perusahaan adalah strategi raw unfiltered marketing dimana strategi ini memanfaatkan kejujuran dari influencer dalam mengulas produk makanan tertentu tanpa adanya settingan atau diceritakan berdasarkan apa adanya atau secara nyata. Salah satu usaha yang menggunakan strategi ini Traffic Bun. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi raw unfiltered marketing dapat meningkatkan produk awareness pada bisnis Traffic Bun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya. Dalam melakukan Analisa, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT karena dapat membantu dalam membuat strategi yang efektif selama menjalankan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh Traffic Bun dimana hanya focus pada satu jenis produk saja, yaitu makanan cepat saji, tempat yang terbatas, serta ide dan kreasi hanya berasal dari pemilik saja. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka Traffic Bun harus membuat inovasi baru agar dapat bersaing di pasar. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi bagi pengusaha yang ingin memilih strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mempertahankan reputasi merek.
