Abstract

The discourse on women's leadership is still very doubtful in the lives of the people of Mandigu Hamlet, Suco Village, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. This can be concluded from the public response that is still very strong toward patriarchal culture and the lack of education. This study has two research focuses, first, what is the mindset of the community towards women's leadership in Darus Salam Islamic Boarding School? Second, is the decline in the number of students related to women's leadership at the Darus Salam Islamic Boarding School? In this study, the feminism method is used with a case study approach that clearly describes what has happened in the field. The purpose of this study, first, is to find out the mindset of the community towards women's leadership in Darus Salam Islamic Boarding School. Second, to find out the factors causing the decline in the number of students of the Darus Salam Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate, firstly, that women's leadership is still not accepted by the surrounding community due to the low level of public education which creates a lack of understanding of the notion of feminism so that people think that women do not deserve to be leaders. Second, several factors that cause the decline in the number of students at Darus Salam Islamic Boarding School are the young age of the next generation of pesantren, there is no pesantren institutional structure, no formal school, and the large number of students who marry young.

Abstract

Memasuki era industri 4.0 yang di prakarsai melaui tekhnologi informasi yang pada prinsipnya revolusi industri tak lagi mengadopsi sistem komunikasi yang stagnan melainkan intraksi yang lebih sistematis maka adanya publik relation umumnya bisa membantu proses kelancaran hubungan kerja yang relevan pada sebuah organisasi. Untuk itu, harus berani mengadakan perubahan. Perubahan itu harus dimulai dari diri sendiri maupun dari dalam organisasi tempat bekerja. Jelas kita tidak bisa lari dari era globalisasi dan informasi ini, sebab kita sudah tidak terikat batas-batas lagi. Bila kita tidak berani go international pasti akan terpuruk sendiri. Kita diajak bersama-sama memberanikan diri membuka hati agar bisa memasukkan angin segar yang kita butuhkan dalam berkompetisi dan berkolaborasi di dalam era globalisasi dan informasi ini. Konsep inilah yang nantinya akan berkontribusi menentukan arah dan tujuan sebuah organisasi maupun perusahaan. karena itu secara spesifik dalam penulisan artikel ini lebih di fokuskan kepada teori-teori serta pendapat para tokoh tentang hakikat dari public Relations, dengan bahasa sederhananya “Public Relation tinjauan epistimologi.

Abstract

Community empowerment can be interpreted as a process that builds a community or group of people that departs from their own will and initiative, which can be in the form of capacity building, grouping and all forms of community behavior change. One of the community empowerment is community empowerment through the utilization of siwalan water treatment into tribung sugar in Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village. By optimizing the synergy of the Ansor Youth Movement with the Lembena hamlet community, Bancamara village which is dominated by farmers and fishermen. The reasons for choosing the use of cow dung include: 1) Considering the population of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village, 50% of whom work as farmers and fishermen, 2) Seeing the situation that almost every yard in people's homes has a palm tree, 3) taking advantage of the existing potential namely siwalan tree, 4) Processing costs are not too expensive, 5) The ingredients can be directly found, 6) tribung sugar if consumed continuously will be able to reduce the pressure on the cost of granulated sugar which is so expensive and productive for the community. From initial observations it was found that the people of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village did not use and process siwalan water wisely and did not understand the advantages of tribung sugar and were more interested in granulated sugar. The results of the service at the STAINH 2022 KKN Posko I are able to provide public understanding of the advantages and conveniences in the processing process, and the Ansor Youth Movement is willing to accommodate the community's processed tribung sugar products and receive a supply of raw siwalan water from the residents of Lembena hamlet, Bancamara village.
